well If someone shows Broadside to a BB he will get hurt otherwise its pretty Idiot proof. Sonar time exeeds smoke. Radar range depending on skills near or at it's own detection range. Flat gunarcs too. Everone that actually plays Cruisers should have little problems to perform in her. Given Flint is hampered by its shellarcs it wouldnt suprise me If even with the larger playerbase Belfast will outperfrom her.

​dont forget the base stealthadvantage either. MK and Flint are rather visible If you just compare geting in range to make most of the smoke.

Well there is a difference of not liking something or having said content shoved into your face. WG chose a good way to make sure anime content dont conflict with the purist too much. Both said she is OP without so you can say your not forced one playstlye to make her work so she will apeal to a wider variance of players. In the end everyone has to see If it works for then but there is little Chance for a missbuy with her. I still think she should not go live as she is but in the end i will get her anyhow as a colector unless she is only sold in a 100-150 Euro bundle.

Im not really comparing different tiers im comparing can I make a ship work in its enviroment without relying on the enemy to be stupid. Any ship that stays outsides Mikasas sec. Range can burn her down for example. Krym has the range to perform with a good commander its just that other ships on her tier are better. But i certainly agree you will probably see more people playing Murmansk,Atago, Tirpitz or soon Belfast. The difference is unplayable vs average at best as far as Krym goes.

Well everybody expexted at least Murmansk Level. She isnt that bad like Marblehead isnt bad its just that there are better ships. well for me she beats Izu and Mikasa by a wide margin. Middle ground as far as prems go.

​Again a BB that burns can disengage and repair the damage. A cruiser that gets citadeled cant and will die even to dd Fire once its low. A Citadel is for a cruser whats for a battleship is a Torpedoalert when your comited in a Turn With the diference that BB shelly dont need up to a Minute to reach its target so its much more likely. Yea sometimes you have matches were every salvo seems to overpen but once or Twice in a match it does happen and you get a Citadel and there is very little a CA can do after that.

For example it has the T8 Slot ? why not make the stealth module a T8 required module while the rudder shift a T7 required one . no ship but Belfast could equip the Ruder since they lack the Slot but Belfast wouldnt have acess to the Stealth module. Why not put Radar and smoke on the same upgrade Slot? You still can do smoke and Hydro without beiing totally over the Top or do you see a LoYang with def fire and Hydro? Edit:im runing Close suport with my IJN CAs doing shoot and hide Atacks ur be amazed how much you can do with 9.7 to 9.1 Stealth even without the 3 safty nets Belfast has on top of her even higer stealth. 2 of thease in a cap and no randar ca near means nobudy can touch that cap and even those on their way in can put on a haste retreat and will take serious damage for it.

At the range were she gets detected she can do her Thing and avoid most of the return Fire whlie any oponent has to run for 6 km to outrange her till the smoke is down or die. Torping smoke? it lagh at that thanks to sonar. Armor vs 203mm ? wich T7 CA has significant armor ? not so good smoke? why not use that of enemy DDs that are trying to disengage and die like flys? With Flint you at least had Atlanta arcs that allows even BBs to reduce the number of hizts in the 9km plus range significantly. And if this Thing sells like Tirpitz and are seen in the MM like as Tirpitz they will NEVER ever sell it again. When peple told them "if you nerf CVs too hard the number of Players will sink and nobody will spot DDs" they didnt listen. They seen the reaction to flint and she has the drawback of rainbow arcs and detection range. When 2 out of 3 Reviews say WTF WG that Thing is rediculess OP and the 3rd that ist a VERY strong CL i wonder what the Supertesters said if they can coment after NDA is lifted. I for my part dont need to be a Prophet to see that Thing is WAY more OP than a Gremmy ist WAY more OP than a Imperator. ANd any Drawback it has isnt unique to her but to all Cruisers in general.

Saw a 16km hit vs a Pensa (and yes i know that shipe ais made out of citadel space ,-)) that actually made it from full broadside to bow on. didnt really saved it. Either RNG you are screwed or 3 Salvos Misses /overpen thogh over the time a CV Needs to execute a atackrun and recover his planes a BB usally does more damage unless all Targets fades from sight.

Well i think most US Subs have their comand structure Forward so thats alone isnt an indicator if ist a Missle or atack Sub i take KTKM4tws word on it thogh.

​CAs are not the Problem ist their role to protect and suport and t requires you to stay near your target ist a unrewarding and often short like. The Problem is the AA on ships that ARE suposed to be your target. Agist High Tir BBs you canot case damage over time because if you go for anything but one masive atack you lose planes like there is no tomorrow. That would be Kind of ok in an enviroment were you dont have to take into acound what your Mirror CV does but as it is now ist just silly.

If they have any sense they wont sell it on any other Server..... Flint was hated with smoke. Atalata there was the Argument with you have Radar you dont Need smoke. ​Well you heared the the resoning no new prem CV or UK CVs till they redo gameplay ealyest mid next year. Given the lack of CAs it would be nice to get: RN CL then germ DDs then Italian CAs then papaer Ru BBs then British DDs ....

​Thogh thats true for most navys WW2 US were pretty much MK 15 and so on. Subs had more variants with steam or electro powered but it dont makes much sense to reinvent the Wheel if one weapon works (wich in case of both german and US Torps took some time.....)

​AFT increases the range for all AA and who said he had only TB over me by the time he disengaged he lost around 8 planes you can take my word or not i know what happened ,-) and as i said i was secondary skilled so the relevant skills were aft and bft i dont use AA modules on a secondary build.

​Only that said air Torp nearly has as much explosive as a DD one... Thogh discusing realism is moot ist a game and i quite understand the Need to Balance vs realism thogh in my opinion they went overboard with Air Torps low Flooding Chance. And im quite Aware of CV tacktics or BB or CA or DD because i have each class at least at t8 some at t9 wich im Aware that in a BB ist not about not geting hit at all but to increase the time the planes spend inside the AA Aura and if posible take the hits in the Torpedobelt were they do less than half damage and have Little Chance of looding. Amagi isnt a AA fortress and it can cause significant losses to even higher CVs if you react to the planes and not to the Drops. What really stands out thogh is that BBs think they can yolo around alone and get away with it and the sad Thing is most can thanks to constant nerfs nearly every patch. IF CVs are so powerfull as some Think why are high end ones so rare....seems not because they are fun to Play are total n00b friendly and rank up tons of exp and credits. No one is asking for CBT Level of Performance but as it is now ist silly too.

Give the Infos we have the IJN revamp its more like no Torps with more than 10 km below T10 to create a imunity Zone for capital ships as long as the DD vs DD fight goes on. You dont need slow torps on top of that unless you want to assist brain dead BB divers that only react once the torp Alarm goes off and are still anoyed that 1 or 2 Torps hit.
