Can you imagine that there are people working on marketing full time at Wargaming. An intern would come up with a more noticable launch. -
You guys have marketing guys? If that is true I would expect them be in trouble tomorrow when they discuss how the launch went. At my job heads would roll if marketing pulled a prank like this.

Playing divisions freaks the MM out. It will try to match you against a similar division on the opposing side, this is probably why you get this erratic mm when playing divisions in lower tiers, since there are not a lot of divisions playing those tiers.
