I have the russan ship tear 5 mermansk prem. when I upgrade the commander to AA 60 second max I don't see it in game?

ok so I have the Atlanta prem ship and the cleavland and the boltimore us crousers. as fare as I know ( with expereance from world of tanks ) you can swap your commander from a ship and put them into a prem ship ( Atlanta ) with no penalty ie no gold to re train ) so I put my commander into the boltmore, all good but when I put the same commander into the cleavland and re trained that was ok but when I moved him into the boltimore ( which I already re traind him for and paid gold for it was orange ie not traind fully in ) this I have paid for in gold, what am I doing wrong im I not understanding something. ie can you only train 1 commander to be traind in 2 ships? or is this something to be fixed?

I have had the rusian Murmansk for some time now and the commander skill I have got is the 60 second AA fire but when I play it is not there to be used. please fix thanks.

I have just upgraded my pc from 8 gig DDR3 pc 2100 to 16 gig, now my game crashes at randome times is eanybody getting the same problems. the ram is fitted correctly.

yea m8 I get the same with the cam but its not a big problem im sure it will be fixed soon
