This is more like a thread about Kawachi, you can't infer that a whole line was nerfed from the performance of one ship. I suggest you change your title to include only Kawachi.

It doesn't change anything if Murmansk was a premium or not, the fact is there is a ship that is way worse stat wise than another ship and this shows how bad balancing WG did. Keep in mind I just compared stats, didn't give any opinion about playstyle. While Furutaka can be played effecitevly, it's extremely annoying and sometimes you're just not enjoying yourself. However slight buffs to the turret turning speed will make her just bearable. Don't worry, everyone knows Mutsuki is bad and worse than Minekaze so no point in comparing it to Grem, I was just mentioning another case of WG's bad balancing!

Murmansk is better than the other 2 tier 5 cruisers.. why? use your imagination

Actually very recently they opened a server with no lottery. No idea if any more room left, all you need to do is inesrt a couple of lines in your cookies and you're good to go!

Does anyone know if these ships will be under NDA or anything? will we be able to see pics of their stats and youtube videos about them this patch?

you forgot bad AA, worse than tier 4 BBs and tier 6 DDs!

Interesting you say that, that her AP only works against IJN battleships. It seems everything in this game, both american and japanese, works best against IJN ships. The 203mm and BB AP works best against IJN cruisers and BB because of big citadels, torpedoes work best against IJN BBs because long and slow turns, TBs works best against IJN BBs and CAs for same reasons above and weak AA, destroyer guns work best against IJN DDs because they are slower to maneuver and slow guns.. while no US class is especially vulnerable to any thing!

I can't comment becase I don't own any, but two of them are DDs and all DDs got a nerf in OBT patch so it is not just them.

WoT started doing copies after they ran out of ideas for a line.. wows is doing it in beta.. I can't imagine what they will do later.

And 3 seconds can be a difference between being hit by 1 torp or none at all. Why most people experience a drop in torpedo hit rate then after tier 5?

Play a destroyer or cruiser and you will know the feel of one hit kill!

I bet you have no idea how what are torpedoes alpha and what percentage a BB takes, nor the hitrate of torpedoes. Ignorants are the most demanding after all!

Thing is, I got to Mutsuki in the weekend beta and she was the most fun DD I played with. I don't remember the stats but I remember the fun. Ofc all IJN DDs had faster turrets that time.

No they don't. They even removed the 5 TB from the tier 10 so you only get 4. The nation that is supposed to get the better bombers, actually has the worse. 2 US TBs beats 4 IJN TBs anyway because of the spread and higher damage.

Most of other cruisers can dish out a lot of damage too, and their torpedo armament in the high tiers can one-shot battleships and have decent enough AA, all which Furutaka is lacking. She basically sucks in all categories a ship can have. They told us IJN cruisers are jack of all trades.. Furutaka is bad at all trades.

Can we please stop with this "whole ship is citadel" garbage that any BB can 1 shoot it? It's not enough it is the worse ship at tier 5 and only has 13km range but also the worse survivability compared to american ships!

Funny how they use the historical accurracy as they please, when it means IJN gets the worse stuff.. but giving Furutaka better guns, nope!

WG barely can handle 1 skill tree for the captain, and you want a whole crew?

Ships should be balanced, I don't get why people ask who's the better ship. They are just different and it's up to your playstyle to decide which one you want.
