Most ships at tier 9 and 10 got their AA buffed. DM now has better DPS than Baltimore it seems, with 339 DPS with their 76mm at 5 km.

Hanger: 72 planes AA rating: 57 HP: 51400 Now the loadouts: stock: 1/1/1 vs 1/2/2 fighter: 2/0/2 vs 3/1/2 bomber: 0/1/3 vs 2/2/2 I personally think they should at least give Lex a 1/1/2 for the bomber deck.

Yeah, it became a BB but it wasn't built as one. There are also other deviation from the rules, like Kako (2nd Furutaka) named after a river like light cruisers, and Amagi and Katsuragi (2nd and 3rd Unryuu-class CVs) named after mountains. Practically none. I kind of got bored of the grind and the RNG of the game.

One balancing factor I found for the new skill is that it's a tier 3 one. If you are grinding a new captain as you are grinding the IJN line, then you will reach tier 3 skills by the time you are in a tier 4 or 5 DDs. If you take Minekaze, then sure you get 72kts torps but also you get 5.6 km range. Even Mutsuki will get 8km range which some might find risky. If you decide to take the skill as a 6th one, or take it before you take any tier 4 or 5 skills, then you are missing out especially on the concealment expert skill.

Maybe, depends on the plane stats. But for now, I checked and the other 2 loadouts for Lex is 2/0/2 and 0/1/3

Yes, Mogami turned from the best CA during beta in the IJN line to probably the worst one. Even Ibuki looks far more appealing with her 19km range and invisifiring.

Battleships named after provinces, Except Fusou which is an old name for Japan. Kongou class does not count as a BB. Every nation name its biggest ships after something they are proud of. In her time frame, being named New York really means a lot. -
Ark beta.. the only low tier ship that has the equipment slots of a tier 10 ship. I don't feel sorry for it.

The problem with torpedo acceleration is that it's a tier 3 skill. It's not useful to get this skill when you're grinding (which usually you get around tier 3-4), because it will affect the ranges of your low tier destroyers. The skill is most useful for high tier destroyers and I think it should be a tier 4 skill, not tier 3. Better yet, make this skill a module for the ships instead. This way you can control which ships get to have it and it can be another option to the torpedo tube mod.3 Also, removing the 2.5 deg/s of Expert Marksmen from 140mm to 155mm gun caliber and include them with the higher caliber guns is a bit too much of a nerf in my opinion. Why not giving them a range between 0.7 and 2.5 deg/s, like 1.5 or something. Mogami was nerfed in her range, in her RoF, her turret traverse, and her AA.

On the RU server. The winrate has nothing to do with the stock ships. Even if Lexi had 2/1/1, it should not be stock.

I'm against AI guns to begin with. I rather they gave us actual manual control instead of ctrl + click. For being AI guns and having up to 10km range on high tiers, I'd say the skill is more than enough. It's just free damage, for the ships that already has the 2nd highest damage in the game. Btw, it there's no xp boost in the PT server that makes you grind a ship in one or two games but you can research all ships from tier to 6 and all their modules with 1 XP. After that, it's normal grind. You do get nice multipliers for XP though.

Stock Shoukaku has 1/2/2 while Lex Stock had 2/1/1..

Torp detection has nothing to so with range. It is a fixed a value for each torp and depends on the caliber of the torp.

They said the stock Lexi 2/1/1 is not fair against stock Shoukaku

I agree, they deserve that. They also deserve it for selling MK before the AFT change. They should've waited.
