Yeah, the clan thing is just for WoT (don't know if AW or WT have their own clans) but for WoWS, since clans are not implemented yet, you don't have to leave your Wot clan (unless you want to of course)

Wait.. who said that Furutaka would be OP before it came? We already had Aoba and the entire IJN line before Furutaka and I remember from Ectar stream that people, including him, said that the ship is going to suck (it was before the buff mind you).

There was a comment from a dev about this. They said it's ok for that range because the shells would be too slow for that range. yeah.. I know!

A sealclubbing low-tier Soviet cruiser will draw many players and keep them in the game. This line is WG's response to the decreasing amount of players and this is why almost all pf these ships are really good.

Even I wouldn't say they are all OP, tier 7 looks average and tier 8 is weaker than Mikhail Kutuzov (but still good). This makes me even more worried about the state of premium ships.

Two cruisers, one being very easy to do well in by the average player, and one requiring a skilled player to do well in, are not balanced. The Kirov has all the numbers of guns Furutaka has in its forward turrets and can fire them directly forward as you said you can (and I) in Aoba, and unlike Furutaka, Kirov gets a very fast turret traverse. Furutaka's penetration is not that superior compared to Kirov when everything they face in that tier is just paper (Kirov with 16km range and those 9 guns will half the time face tier 3 cruisers with barely 11km range for God's sake) Regardless, the problem here is not Furutaka, Kirov is just too good for that tier, at least with 4 RPM it is. I really think they should go back to the 3 RPM.

Please.. you have to buff Furutaka extra hard to make her OP. Most people were against the buffs that Furutaka got, saying Furutaka was fine and that she would be OP. Look at Furutaka now and she's still the worst tier 5 although not by much. If Kirov's performance was the same as Konigsberg or even better, then I believe Furutaka should get her historical setup and a range buff. However, I rather they remove Kirov as it does not belong to tier 5 just like how Cleveland doesn't belong in tier 6.

Well, not against having good AA, but at tier 9, I don't see why the Soviet one gets better AA than Baltimore. Everyone know how much Baltimore suck, but at least it has its AA going for it. The soviet one gets AA on top of torps and very good guns which Baltimore doesn't. As for Kirov, the whole reason for the last AA patch was to make AA weaker at lower tiers, not to mention that it just shows that Kirov would do better at a higher tier like everyone expected it to be. The AA of these ships is also inconsistent throughout the line, moving fro very good AA to mediocre AA back and forth.

What I don't get the AA rating on some of these ships, especially the tier 5 and tier 9. Why does Kirov has to have the best AA of tier 5? it's utterly unnecessary and only shows that the ship doesn't belong in her tier. Most of these ships either have the best or 2nd best AA rating. Chase even mentioned that tier 9 has better AA than Baltimore.
