Smoke is even more important with this ship though. You can't get close to 8km from the enemy and not have smoke. Your ship is very slow, if you are spotted, you are so dead, you won't even survive the 30 seconds.

Actually, Fubuki reloads the same torps faster than Kagero does.

The buff is not going to be in stats, but in number of AA guns and types of them. Maybe we will see Kongo and Fuso with their CBT AA that has more 25mm and all the useless 13mm replaced. I hope Nagato get her turret AA guns.

AA used to be decent until they nerfed the 25mm guns. Now you barely shoot down any planes.

I guess after they get rid of high tier DD population, the already OP Yamato and improved Montana will again be the kings. Even Zaou as said it is going to be rebalanced (probably in since they said they will do a lot of balancing in)

You get AA main guns since Mutsuki. Like said before, they just contribute to your AA DPS. You don't have to do anything to make them shoot at planes.

Remember that Furutaka picture (the 2x3 turret layout) we've seen a couple of days ago? well I just found the same picture on this very old website with early renders of the ships. http://www.goonsteam.com/hel/wow.html It also contains Akizuki and Akagi and Shinano and these? So I wonder if that 3x2 Furutaka will come after all.

There were also datamined balance changes to Texas and Molotov (thanks to IKU_19) Molotov reload nerfed to 12.5 seconds from 10 seconds Texas Rudder shift was nerfed to 18.25 seconds from 16.25 seconds

Tier 7&8 Cruisers, do they need repair parties?

I'm not sure tier 7 cruisers need the heal. They seem to be fine and the underperforming ones can be fixed with stat buffs. Tier 8 cruisers need to be brought up to the premium cruisers levels. -
Why use pilots instead of Kancolle fairies?

I always wished the Japanese cruisers to get their spotting abilities by floatplanes rather than the radar for the US, and I rather see that instead of radar for IJN cruisers.

I tried the test server and indeed turrets were much survivable. From about 10 DD matches I only lost 1 turret.

Assuming the devs will give her special abilities with her planes, she shouldn't be played like a Myoko.
