They may not be final but it is interesting to see what the devs are thinking and trying to change, and to get a preview on the next patch. Personally, I think most changes will stay. It is very rare that we get different changes from these leaks.

The AA changes maybe are still being tested but stuff like the new hulls and models are very likely to come. I mean, it's not like someone will test Karslruhe with the new torps and it turns out to be OP or anything.. The Hipper new hull at least we know for months now that is coming.

On the NA forums, they said that NC and Iowa's AA was massively buffed, not nerfed, with all the dual 40mm replaced with quads. Karlsruhe also received more torpedo tubes it seems. Nurnberg received a lower C hull that trades 2 tubes for massive AA upgrade. The IJN BBs replaces all the 13.2mm with 25mm (which what should be) and it seems the Nagato turret change adds the rangefinders on the 2nd and 3rd turrets.

It's why Aoba is one fantastic ship, and since Furutaka has very good frontal armor for her tier, it will help a lot.

Well dive bombers have an extremely high burn probability so I assume they made the skill for that.

Judging from her stats, she's very weak for her tier, which is why you see her in the event rather than in the premium shop. -
Except NA has worse premium shop, and they usually do less damage in their ships compared to EU.

Don't compare it like that. A tier 6 BB has more than a small chance against tier 8 cruisers. Tier 6 Cruisers can give a beating to even tier 8 destroyers, and I will place my bets on a Mutsuki vs any tier 8 BB. Having played WoT, I can say that the +2 MM works way better in WoWS and you can always find something to do.

T7 also meet tier 5 so it evens out. The tubes were changes for balance reasons. When Mogami was tier 7 she had the correct tubes. -

I don't think the torpedo arcs are restricted, there doesn't seem to be any structure constricting them. Not really. They can just use the same hull of Furutaka, place Aoba turrets, replace the torp launchers with the one Aoba uses, add bulges and some minor difference and a camo and there you go.

The 10cm gun turrets seem way too large for the small hull of Mutsuki.

Nah, It doesn't affect BBs so need to fix it in a hurry.. maybe next patch. This is not as big as the AP bug we had way back. -
