When? Because I did the same like 3 weeks ago and was the same, didn't work. WG said if Pay-pal doesn't work in the first week of September, send them another ticket. Also said the problem comes from their new paying/login method, when user select the "keep pay-pal login info" option.

There are other ways but Pay-pal is the most secure: no need to give out card details...

The problem exist since they applied a simplified Pay-pal "system" which try to store your PP account id and password...

Just an experience: as my friend changed his internet connection speed to higher, he ran into disconnections on battle.net. It was very common but strange: battlenet disconnected but teamspeak didn't. As investigated he found out that it happened when his sister also used the internet same time. Finally he pinpointed the router: the internet provider gave him a cheap one so had to change it and all disconnections ceased. May it helps.

As close to 2000 played games I see at the beginning what will happen: one team hit like hell, the other just receiving and whatever happens, can't make decent dam. The best, when a team wins w/o lost any ships and on the other side there are 15 wreckage. I call it "guided rng"

Yes, from rank 10 usually 3-4 DD's in the game. If there's a CV, we poor BB players can do ... I don't mind if everyone wants to play with DD due to his own reason but then the MM should put them together: 7 DD in each team and play

As I said my high settings on my laptop ran on 30fps and it dropped to 9 a couple days ago. Whatever I did (low option, almost all things went off) I've got fps between 1 and 9. Checked fan speeds: both went on max checked by SpeedFan, FPU and GPU were around 65°C which is not too high. Checked the bottom of the laptop (Dell Precision M4600 a bit upgraded) and it was hot. Very hot. Running only google shouldn't be that hot... Opened, cleaned the fans, not much dust came out, so what? Then I saw the rubber pads... 3 from the 4 almost disappeared. Woops! Replaced all of them. Run the game (still on low settings) 66-81 fps So the problem was that fans can't suck enough air (on this laptop all comes in from the bottom) and the system reduced the graphic performance.
