I prefer some kind of filter i.e. minimum number of played games, wr, pr, etc. but none of them working well. what if we'd have a "special" reporting system: if 3 or more reports a player then he couldn't play in a period or drops back by 2-3 ranks?

Seriously... around rank 6 and 83% of the players don't have clue about the maps, priorities and so on. A monkey from the wild should do the same as they acting. Edit: just adding from the last battle a minute ago: 2 dd dies in the first minute, ran into random torps. I just logged. I need Jingle's laugh :) I gave it up. Explain in almost every battle what's the point, why'd we do that is just brain washing (and of course 73.4% don't listen). Today the best saying was: don't go to A on the map Sleeping Giant due to it is a trap. I just gave it up.

You're right. When words spread: 1DD to C, the rest to A and 3 other ships start to move to C... Now is it MM or incompetent players? If MM gives you poor players who is wrong? MM see clearly all the players stats...
