Matchmaking has become very bad. The solution is = you do not play or you play without paying and without caring

you drive us out of the game with what you do and with the awful matchmaking and you ask us to bring new players to you ???

I've been playing this game for 5 years with no pause and have 36k battles and I've opened a LOT of supercontainers and I've NEVER received any steel. How is that possible??? In the meantime, other players, especially during the latest celebration have opened 10 or 20 containers and have received steel many times while I opened 44 and received none. What's going on? Am I that disliked in WG that I have to sweat to get some steel while others get it for free?

I have taken special upgrades for 20 ships, including 2 for carriers, which can no longer be put on my ships (they are from older missions). I want to know what you intend to do with them. The other 18 when mounted on ships appear to be for purchase from the research bureau and when dismounted no longer appear for purchase. What is up with that? Why do they appear to be available for purchase when mounted on my ships even though I already have them?

I've played 10 ranked battles today and I've lost every single one of them. My team kept losing 2 ships in the first 3 minutes on average. Thanks WG for the great matchmaking... And then you want us to recruit new players for WoWs... To what end? So that they may keep losing as well due to your "great" matchmaking? It saddens me that I've wasted my time and money on you.
