    Guess more realistic is, that many have something around 40%, and fewer around 60-70%. But the point is, it could have many reason, why we get this distribution, what not exactly tells you, that we see the impact of a ship. What if the ship type have an perfect average impact and is balanced, but it's diffictult to control? That would mean, many beginner and bad player will archive low success, while only good players archieve success. But the good players wouldn't have much impact on the game. They would still have a good winrate, because they're still a better player, even if the ship itself is average. Just the comment about Winrate shows impact of ship bothered me here a little bit, because it could have other reasons as well. In our case the CV has a lot impact, of course, but that's not because we see that on the statistic, it's because we know that from experience in the game. And this weird distribution comes majorly from the gameplay of the CV, that it's more a 1 vs 1 then a 12 vs 12. Guess we would get the same distribution with every ship, if this ship type would be limited by one. If there would be only 1 bb allowed, or 1 CA/CL per team

    Neptune has ~20% winrates. Guess there are more. Also a low winrate doesn't mean, low or high impact. CV matches are more or less 1on1s, so one CV is winning over another, that means one team has a good player, the other one has a bad player, thus the team with one good player will win more often, even if the impact is small. (I'm not saying, that the CV has no impact, the CV has impact. Just saying that the statistic is not showing the impact.)

    You don't have to tell me about the impact of the CV, I know that... I'm just saying, that the statistic is not showing the impact in case of the CV. Unicum CV wins a game : Bad player loses a game = 1 wins, 1 lose = 50% CV statistic Unicum CV wins a game : Bad player loses a game = 2 wins, 2 loses = 50% CV statistic Unicum CV wins a game : Bad player loses a game = 3 wins, 3 loses = 50% CV statistic Unicum CV wins a game : Bad player loses a game = 4 wins, 4 loses = 50% CV statistic Unicum CV wins a game : Bad player loses a game = 5 wins, 5 loses = 50% CV statistic Sure, there a CV-Unicums with high win rates... but every ship type has unicums with high winrates. That just shows, that good players have higher win rates.

    They're Cruisers. The game doesn't show the distinction, but they're different. Different caliber, and the RN CLs also have very light armor. They're squishy, that means, they sink easily in inexpierenced hands. So maybe a look of top players would be more interesting. EDIT I don't see, where the statisic shows the impact in case of a CV, regardless that CVs have an impact

    Still no idea, how that shows the impact of CV? Cruiser player with lower winrates than 20% have less impact than Cruiser players with higher than 90%. Of course a CV has a high impact on the game, but for every game you have one losing CV and one winning CV. The top 5% players with Midway have 75% winrate, the top Cruiser players from 70% to 86%.

    Adding to the CV WR, they have 50% since there are only 2 different types and always a 1on1 (because of hidden stats lower than 50%)

    Izumo medium damage 288 dmg in 9 AP hits

    Overpenetrating does 10% of the max shell damage. The Izumo has bad sigma, so the shells will have more dispersion than other bbs (compareable with the dispersion of Bismarck). It's in general not the best ship. As someone said before, you can archieve penetration against guns, that does show any damage dealt, since it does damage to the gun, but not to the ship. (They're changing that soon, I guess) It's normal, that dds can do damage with AP to you, there using ap against your low armored superstructure. The armor is there is like the armor of a dd, so why shouldn't they use AP?

    1. no idea, why you see that as "obnoxious". It's an arcade game. Same for "3.", this is not about realism or historical correctness, wrong game! This game is in a whole unrealistic and unhistorical. 2. It's still not a final version, balancing is in progress. Guess it will still take 2 or more month until release. Just my assumption. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind limited planes or unlimted planes. It's an online team-pvp game, so the developer will try to balance the game for the pvp content and not for the historical correctness, or realism. I mean ships moving with more than 100 km/h, japanese and US ships in one team, to fight other japanese and US ships, radar goes through walls and is only active for a minute. There is a lot unhistorical and unrealistic stuff in this game xD

    Makes no difference, on the test server you never lost 70 planes.... only really bad players. It's same like you would give bb's limited shells, they would never go empty. It should be balanced about the "reload" timer. Losing many planes = more planes to reload. Removing torpedo bombers, I don't know why they're op, but even if, why should something removed, because it's not balanced yet? If we would remove everything ,that would be unbalanced, we would end up with only one ship. The issue with the "Animation", no idea what you mean, it's an arcade pvp game, wouldn't expect a simulation

    Nun, du hast jetzt erst einen T9 Zerstörer, daher musst du dich vermutlich erst daran gewöhnen, wie man gegen Radarschiffe spielt. Natürlich ist es nervig, aber es ist nun mal die Gegenmaßnahme gegen Zerstörer. Schlachtschiffe sind auch genervt von Torpdeos von Zerstörern. Kreuzer sind auch genervt von BB AP. Und warm das Gegnerteam dich dann sieht, nun ja, wenn du als dd spottest, sieht dein Team doch auch alles? Macht so viel Sinn wie das mit dem Radar ;) Ich bin auch für eine Änderung, und im englischen Forum gibt es einen Thread von Wargaming, wo Vorschläge dazu gemacht werden. Bis dahin: Lerne alles Radarreichweiten und Radarschiffe kenne, und meide sie. Gehe keinen Riskien ein, solange du die Position der Radarschiffe nicht kennst. Man kann um den Radar herum spielen, das ist die Herausforderung. Zerstöreranfänger werden da vermutlich häufiger geschnappt

    I would say, that every team-pvp game has bad and good players. If there would be no bad players, the good players become the bad players, while there are very good players, who would complain about the "good players" ^^

    Old IJN dds are fine?

    The issue with Shimakaze is, that this ships a lot torps with high damage. So the damage potential of these torpedos are really high. Guess the developers decided to balance them over the reacion time (speed, concealment). If I had to fix that, I would give them ~2s less reaction time, and reduce reload time of guns by 1 or 1.5 seconds. Other possiblity would be, give them completly different torpedos with low damage like ~12k, but a way better concealment like 5 or 6 reaction time

    IJN Torpedo dds should get a buff, at least the Shimakaze, while the Artillery destroyers are pretty good. So can't vote here, since you're speaking of "IJN dds" ^^

    Da wird gesagt, das Module beschädigt werden, und es werden AA und Sekundäre angezeigt... Zudem stehen zwei Dinge in der Textbeschreibung, einmal eben Hauptgeschütze usw. aber auch "Module" allgemein. Gehören Sekundäre zu den Modulen, wären sie laut Beschreibung auch geschützt Später im Video wird auch gesagt, dass die Explosion an alle Module in Reichweite Schaden zufügt z.B. das Magazin

    It's a arcade pvp game, so I wouldn't assume too much realism. Also if a Ship has more than 1000 shells, why bothering with limited amount of shells. For the match it would seem unlimited. Torpedos would be something different. I read, that battleships hat ~100 shells per gun. That would be enough for 2 or 3 matches. Otherwise some kind of campaign missions would be funny, where the players has one amount of shells for multiple matches until return to the port. Maybe also no maintanence until he goes back to port. Would be funny

    Ist das belegt oder eine Vermutung? Denn in dem Wargaming Video zu HE klang es so, dass das alles auch Module sind. Aber ich erinnere mich nicht an den genauen Wortlaut, müsste ich nochmal reinsehen, ist nur meine Erinnerung
