Nur mal so neben bei, aber 90% der Schiffe sind überflüssig, wenn man nach "beste" Schiffe geht. Denn es können nicht alle die besten sein. Die verschiedenen Nation geben verschiedene "Flavor". Daher sollte man letzten endes danach geehen, was einem gefällt, oder welcher Spielstil einem liegt. Darüber hinaus ist das Spiel gar nicht schlecht gebalanced, oft bedeutet "bestes" Schiff nur, dass es overall ne 1% oder 2% bessere winrate hat, daher sind fast alle Schiffe sehr gut spielbar -

Because it's frustrating to play I like the Kii as ship, but the performance is frustrating. Cruisers full broadside at ~7 km and the bad sigma value casues a full spread with no damage out of 10 guns. That's just frustrating, when you can't punish at close range in a bb a cruiser for a really bad move. A low sigma value casues more often a high spreading and that is too much rng and not a fun mechanic. The Amagi has exact same guns, but better sigma. Sure, the Kii has other stuff, but that is not worth bad guns. The guns are the most important thing on a bb. -

Has, that ship got some buffs lately, but never the guns, which are most important. It miss everything against ship at ~8 km with bad luck, really frustrating -

No idea how good it is, but I kinda like the idea, if there is an AA build for aa-weak ships. So those ships have an option as well

Sarcasm doesn't suits you. But if you prefer to have to set a sector for your main guns, I'm fine with your opinion ;) That makes no sense, what you are saying. That's not even how the AA mechanic works. Why?

The AA guns and the main guns / torpedos are totally different mechanics. The Burst damage is not the only damage source. It makes no sense to adapt the burst damage mechanic of the aa sector to main armament. You could also say the same, "Oh the secondaries are automated, why not doing that with the main guns as well?" Different mechanics. This kind of mechanic is totally viable and exists in many games.

Hm? I guess that was there plan. For proceeding that plan, they would have to make more changes in my opinion (for 3 cvs)

10% only with the captain skill, not? Well, the major reason for changing it is, that they want it more user friendly, better interface and more intutive. Instead of having an additional interface, it's just clicking into the direction. And instead of wating 10s, it will directly have an effect. That's better for a "shooter". The burst damage is just an additional new mechanic, which is also good, because many people what do something active.

Sure, but nothing is set in stone, they often say that. And it's nothing wrong to change plans, if there is a better plan or improvement.

10% is only with 4 pts skill. That means that those ships have low cont. Dps. As long as I know it will also reduce the cont. dps, so the low cont. dps is even worse and no threat. Beside that, 10% of current hp, not of total. So if you have only 1 aircraft, those three burst won't kill one plane. ;) If you have 20k Hp Squad, it will go with ~5k hp all three burst together, but if you go with a half squad around 10k hp, they will damage around 3k hp, that is one and a half plane

You mean the Notser video from Round 1 with the AA bug, were the burst damage does 2 or 3 times the damage? And where the Aircrafts keep going from one side and where the first squads didn't attacked, just waiting for getting killed? ;)

I joined PTS round 1 I'm talking about the current state, doesn't make sense to talk about older patches ;)

I don't know, but I have fun with CV and against CVs, don't see them that broken like many people mentioning it

If you are asking for my assumption, worse graphic and older engine like WoWS, while it has same release time. The engine was like WoT pre 2.0 I would love a combination of SO and wows

I guess more people will use it, but ther is still the tunnel vision, when focused on firing the guns on an enemy. Especially when the CV attacks then over a mountain. I hope also with the new AA the stealth build will be more viable. Beside that, the T4s get more TBs and 2 TBs per strike

Steel Ocean had Respawn mode, it worked fine just like every other mode. The Respawn points were flexible, depending on ship positions of enemies/mates

Not that I like the idea, but isn't that in some PvP games like CoD and Battlefield, where you call air strikes and stuff?

Won't happen, WG mentioned that multiple times, that they want the CV as playable ship.

Yes, before it was left click. The AA was improved for every side, no downsides. With the new sector system I hope we can have some coutner play. That the CV can bait the enforced sector e.g. Approaching a DM with AP bombs frontal and maybe slightly from left, bait the burst damage, turn around to the right side and get lower cont. dps damage
