Faith? You know, that there are many popular games out with support (or healer) roles? ;) As I said, it was a larger suggestion. Also talked about rewarding a CV player, who goes for spotting. beside that, every smart player woudln't go for an attack/bomber aircraft, if there is no good opportunity to do a good attack. And if one CV don't want go for spotting, then it is choice. A DD can refuse spotting as well, that has nothing to do with the design, more about the players gameplay.

I did once a larger suggestion to that. That those planes would be only 1 per "squad" and would have a special "attack" mechanic, where they can active spot and mark ships for better dispersion and stuff like that

I didn't saw the Smol from 20 km range, that's correct - without that information I wouldn't have approached the Smol. In my opinion realism in games like wows is never a argument against, but can be an argument for something. This game is not a simulation and focus more on gameplay and pvp aspects. Thus using realism as argument against it, won't work. But if they add anythign realistic, it is appreciated. I see that different. The general concept is the same imo. Yes, an artillery can't spot... but can an artillery lose the shells by anti air guns? Makes no sense to compare every single aspect in detal. They are different there. It's like comparing a banana with an apple. Both are fruits and probably healthy - that works If you compare more closer, then they are totally different - yellow vs green/red. Long shape vs round shape, different vitamin contents etc. I was talking about the general concept of long range / support fire classes.

Depends on the keyboard, ~ is "right Alt"+ "+" The Plus button is one left of the enter button. That is actually worse than O -

The cruiser have to show broadside... yes, the cruiser have to move a straight line aligned, too. Not that much of a difference. It's a mistake in both cases. The Smol wasn't spotted by me, that's why I approached her, the CV goes often with the spotting of others. Talking about ranges is pointless. A CV is designed to have the most range? It's not only logic, also realistic. Same with an artillery in tank game. An artillery also outranges. If there is someone with the most range, this has obviously not to risk much HP in no game.. Also this hit was pretty much luck ;) That never happend with my reworked Shokaku before - devastating a T 10 CL

Actually I wouldn't call it a risk, more a pretty sure prediction. Imagine you wouldn't be allowed to play T10 because of - let's say - only top 10 players are allowed to Tier 10. I wouldn't like it, if I wouldn't be allowed to play my favorite ships ^^

Though those tips are a bit older and were supposed to help people in Beta phase. Thus it's not up to date. The best thing is still to play them, so you can figure out the difficulties and how to play against CVs. ps.: cool Avatar :D

Ich denke die Formulierung ist unglücklich, denke was Sehales meint ist, dass es sich zunächst um einen Test handelt und bis dahin auch nichts eingeführt wird. Fällt der Test gut aus, wird es für CBs vermutlich kommen. Sollten die Daten einen besonderen Aufschluss ergeben, so könnte es sicherlich auch für Randoms eingeführt werden. Aber zunächst ist es nur ein Test und keine angekündigte Änderung. -

Hehe, good Actually I'm also fine with the current icon, since every icon is triangle like, it's just an additional idea and doesn't has much priority to me, it was just one part of many suggestion. I'm excited, what they will change with the 3rd test. The oxygen tank and refill are different. Germans have small tanks and fast refill US have large tanks and really slow refill The pings are different German pings last 35 seconds and I assume, they travel faster US pings last 600 seconds and travel slower The torpedos are different The range, and I guess some other values

Could show you screens of devastating strikes of any class. One shots, where a Shima destroys with one alpha strike a Radar cruiser, or a CV. That just prooves nothing ;) Though I'm pretty sure, that I mentioned, that WGs try to change the AA-extremes. No super strong AA ships, but also no super weak AA, beside some exceptions in low tiers. I guess that would be a proof for wargamings statement To that screen: He aligned perfectly and I had luck to hit 3 cits. That's like a cruiser stays full broadside to a BB. If you take that at proof for anything, Idk, then every ship is op and unbalanced xD

I mean, you can let the ariming get narrow, and turn then fully, that works. I didn't know, that the HE bombs are so resistent to turnings, always treated them like I do with AP bombs xD

Hmm, on Kaga at least it has a penalty. If start the drop and do a full turn, the aim will never get 100% precision.

Don't own her, but I assume, if ships show broadside against AP bombs, it could deny a lot dmg. Same with rockets, when aligning with them. But no idea about, how good the rockets hits, when aligned, just an assumption
