Italienische Kreuzer (SAP) - Ein Griff ins Klo WG
Pikkozoikum replied to Halz's topic in Allgemeine Diskussionen
Glaube die Shells haben auch ne schnelle travel time, nicht oder? -
I don't know, I can hit with my Kaga 4 bombs without getting a fire and the fire chance is 50% base. If there is a fire, it can be extinguished, and if then a fire is coming up, it can get healed. So fires won't do much ,espcially if the CV tries to attack different targets.
-
That would be actually some kind of funny contest. One side spawns only Mushasis or Yammy, and one CV has to kill as many as possible xD Maybe only Musashis and then vs the different T8 CVs
-
It was mentioned, that a CV needs 20 cits to kill a Musashi, thus 20 bombs. But it will never be just 20 bombs, because 20 bombs in a row won't hit the citadel with 100% hitrate.
-
What I meant, you won't drop 20 bombs and archieve 20 citadel hits. Bombs will overpen, pen, and miss

It's a full-day-cycle port -
Only one can be the winner

There is a day/night cycle or what do you mean? -

Fake stats!

20 hits, but how many bombs and how many squads :-| I doubt, that there will be 20 bombs -> 20 cits under battle conditions

If nobody had spotted him earlier for me, I wouldn't have known about the Smol. I would go for another target instead. Not sure what you are saying there, but I said nothing about "additions". I talked about realism and arguing with realism. If you arguing against something and the argue is realism, then this won't work. If you argue for something and it is also realistic, then it's appreciated, at least for me. Technically the planes are not the ammo, but the weapon. But the design is too different to really compare them in that detail, as I said with the banana and the apple, if you compare them too closly, then you see a lot of differences. It is important about what grade we talk, thus its' about the general idea of the design. Long range roles. Because of the hate, this is normal for this kind of role. Just like sniper in any shooter, or CVs in ship games, or artillery in tank games, or siege weapons in strategy games. If someone with this role plays well, it seems unfair for the receiving end.

This thread was supposed to offer some tips to beginners while the beta rework and is a bit out of date. I don't mind it, if you are writing here, but I don't think that many would read it ^^
-
Not like all the realistic surface ship? xD Would say this game is in general unrealistic, not just the CV. Then you wouldn't play World of Warships, this game is very unrealistic.
-
If the logic is a problem for you, that ships can have fighter protection, then it's only a question of game design. If the float planes are really bother you, then they could just give them landbased fighter, which come for an airflied. And like the normal fighters of the CV, they approach down from higher alituteds and circle then around the cruiser, but that doesn't make much of a difference. The Mechanic would be the exact same

Guess you clicked the wrong thread? ;D Here is the discussion thread

Please consider, that those CV could maybe still change slightly or the conditions around them. A CV, that might be good now, can get worse in future
-
As you say, "advanced beginner". I often say to beginners, that even after 1000 battles, there is still a lot to learn. Especially when you come to higher tiers, the gameplay will be different and more difficult. If you want go with stats, you should take a look at your ships with many battles. With some you perform pretty well, with other not. If you want improve your stats, you should stick with ships, where you are got with. I remember when I got my first T8 - I didn't liked it, I was pretty bad at T8. It took a long time to get good in higher tiers for me
-
Guess most players also don't know about the hit chance with AA
-
You could technically say that about every stats. I think it's kinda important to know that value, and it's pretty uncomfortable to search for those values. Somtimes the values you find are older one and not up-to-date. Best example: Amagi and Kii. Pretty similar ships, but Kii has 0.1 sigma less... and you can really feel that
-
*smartass mode on* Technically it's the precision and not the accuracy. The Accuracy is determined by the players aim, while the precision is the dispersion pattern.

Actually it's mostly the different case. First of all, the voice stuff was pretty uncommon many years ago, but even there support role existed. Beside that, if I go with World of Warcraft, when I played healer, I went into random dungeons, with random peoples, without much communication. I just healed. If I go with League of legends, I play support. I often don't chat much or use any voice stuff. I just play the support and support people. There is not much communication beside pings. I play Elite Dangerous a support Cutter, nobody is there asking for support, they just get it. Communication and Coordination is not nessecary for a support role. The Support mostly knows about his role and what he is able to do. Communication and Coordination just improves the perfomance, but is not a requirement
