1vs1 can be quiet unimportant in a Teamgame. Best example is League of legends. Supportes are mostly pretty bad in 1vs1, while assassines are great in 1vs1, but still you play with supports, because they are important for the team, not for the 1vs1 The only thing which would make sense in a 1vs1 situation would be the same ship type. Comparing CV vs CV, or BB vs BB. etc But even then, there are DDs vs different purposes. Some DDs have good guns and are supposed to finish off DDs in 1vs1, others are more against captial ships

That's why I suggested a recon plane for CVs. While the strike planes can'T spot for teams, the recon plane could do that Thus the CV player can only spot, or do damage. He has to decide. To make spotting more valuable and fun, there would be different mechanics for spotting, which would motivate CV players to use the spotter plane I had also a design, that the spotter plane would be only good against large ships with bad concleament (The recon plane is a single plane, not a squad, thus DDs and Cls could delete it in seconds and counter the spotter)

How shall that work? In every match you have a winning team and a losing team. Same number of players gain a win and a lose. Thus the average is 50% The only thing that you could show is something like "skewness", which would show on which side is the weight..

What do you mean exactly? Wow numbers shows a lot of average statistics? ^^ Also shouldn'T be the average alsways 50%? Guess it'S 48 because of hidden stats?

He is only talking about the Winrate at some tiers for CVs. The stat WR for some CVs are not meaningful, because mirror matches against the same CV always falsifies the statistic

I assume he means, that winrate is an important stat. But the winrate for a ship type like CV, BB etc is irrelevant, imo

1. Yes, showing the highest number might be correct. But it shows a stupid number, which says nothing. Or explain me, what does it show exaclty? That a CV is the best in shooting down planes? Proof that. 2. I would like to see that, never have seen that or seen a screenshot of that. 3. I would rather go with the logic, that all the stats are irrelevant, then agreeing with the aircraft destroyed. But also there is a difference in aircraft destroyed and dealing damage. You have the same potential for doing the damage, when having a CV or not a CV in the match. The max damage could be also higher, since a CV has more HP than a DD or cruiser. But the potential of shooting down an Aircraft without a CV is way lower. With a CV you can shoot down 100 planes. Withotu CV you might be able to shoot down a spotter or catapult fighter. You can do your 200k damage in CV match, but you can't do 80 plane kills in non-CV match (fake matches, where 10 ships launch all their catapults don't count ;) ) It's not about your personal perfmance, that you play worse with a CV, it's about the boundary conditions. When we would do a 100 meter race. I have 100% winrate, and you 0% over 100 races. Then you would get the suggestion, that i'm better. But when you have to wear 50kg of weight in every race, then the boundary conditions are different from the beginning and it's not a fair comparison for who is better. A fair comparison is only possible under fair conditions. 4. That discussion is repetitive. I don't like if one CV dominates over the other and then dev strikes one after another. If you get tortured by CVs, well, That happens to me more rare than RTS matches happens. I saw RTS unicums dropping in their winrates with rework, it's nice, that those don'T decide the game like they did before in RTS: 5. There is a statistic about, with increasing damage, the winrate increases. Yes damage is not an important stat... xD Damage and capping is game deciding. The CV has so high kill rate, because he can finish off targets. but guess what, without enough damage, there won't be tragets to finish off ;) 6. If you don't want talk about that suggestion, then don't do it? xD

Natürlich hat sie hier und da besseres. Aber hier geht es darum, in welcher Relation wird sie besser im Vergleich zu höheren Stufe. Nur mal als fiktives Besipiel mit fiktiven Zahlen Während der Standard der Schiffe von T7 auf T9 um 200% besser wird. Wird die Ibuki von Myoko aus um 50% besser. Sprich für das härter werdende Umfeld werden die IJN Kreuzer nicht entsprechend gesteigert. Die HP werden geringer (wenn auch nur 200), muss aber gegen T10er mit übelsten Punch antreten. Die Panzerung ist zwar besser, aber sinnlos besser, denn man wird trotzdem von so ziemlich jedem BB overpenned. und bekommt aus jedem Winkel Zitadellentreffer ab. Ich würde gerne mal sehen, wie die Ibuki auf T7 wäre, für T7 angepasst. Also ohne die Slots, Heilung etc Die Mogami ist mit einem anderen Schiff kollidiert, und hat wohl auch bei einer Landung eigene Truppenboote torpediert

Ist eben ein PvP Spiel und da ist es egal ob es LCS, oder wie auch immer das heißt, ist, oder einfach nur randoms. Ich sehe es als kompetitiv an, da man in einer Mannschaft gegen eine andere Mannschaft antritt. Es kommt aber wohl auch auf die Definition von kompetitiv an, wenn es eine LCS habne muss, um kompetitiv zu sein, dann ist es das wohl nicht. Aber man steht im Wettstreit gegen andere Spieler, ich denk das macht ein PvP Spiel aus. Es liegt wohl auch in der Natur des Menschen, dass man sich daran stört, wenn man bei etwas gegeneinander antritt, gute Leistungen erzielt, aber verliert wegen externer Umstände. Das muss kein Computerspiel sein. Ich kenne das auch in anderen Bereichen, z.b. im Teamsport, wenn sich andere über schwächere Teammitglieder aufregen und wegen der schwächeren Teammitglieder verlieren. -
I would say, that DDs have a high damage potential, but it's not consistent because of Torpedos^^ Just watched Flambass statistics with DDs. Almost 300k with Fletcher is Record. the only CV that came close for his statistic was the Hakuryu, but I believe that was early stage, were Haku was OP :D

1. Aircraft destroyed e.g. 2. Can you show me such matches? When I played late night, I always had even matches. Always same number of CVs, BBs, cruisers and DDs. 3. Are you talking about Aircraft destroyed? The statistic is stupid, because it doesn't show the performance.... When I have 100 matches wihtout Cv in a BB, and one match with a CV where I shot down 100 planes, then I have an average of 1 aircraft shot down... But a Cv, who shot down 2 planes each match (with a CV, because he will always face a CV every match) will have in the statistic a 2 aircraft destroyed. That would suggerate, that the CV is twice as good as the BB with 100 aircraft kills... To compare statisic you need the same boundary conditions... that are not given. 4. Well, imo it's more about, if it's enjoyable or not. When I play a support in LoL then assasines are OP for me to, but team-wise they're not. I see that same with CVs and surface ships. I didn't enjoyed fighting against CVs, it was just terrible. Sometimes unavoidalbe oneshots. I remember where I had a Tirpitz around me, I was in Nagao, and a crusiers with not op-aa was around. The CV one shotted first Tirpitz, then me. That never happend with Rework 5. The different stats are not with an even value. Survived and Kill/Death ratio doesn't have the same value like damage. So jsut saying "they are good in many stats" doesn'T make them OP. DDs are often the game-maker just because of capping. One stat, which makes the win. 6. it's a discussion thread, so everything can be discussed, that is related to the Rework. There is a suggestion thread, where discussions are not allowed.

Well, the planes are all slowed here. A Stuka has a max speed of ~215 knots. So They would fit pretty good into this game :D

Hmm, that's interesting, because T7 mostly do less damage than higher tiers, so the T7s are dragging the statsitics down for every ship type except CV. On the other hand T9s would pull it up. e.g. showin average damage in simple and fictive numbers BB T7 -70k T8 - 80k T9 - 90k T10 - 100k average 85k CV T8 - 80k T10 - 100k average 90k But that's of course only the theory with linear numbers, but a effect of that should appear. Though I would also assume, that the player numbers are the highes at T8 So it's most likely the question, how big is the error, is it relevant or can we ignore it

Statistic wise, the damage changed, in the recent statsitic the damage of CVs is lower than the damage of BBs. But beside the statistic the gameplay changed. Imo that is the most important thing, the gameplay and how it feels to play against it. For me I enjoy playing against and as CV. I would like to know, how people would enjoy the RTS with the same activity of the Rework, when every idk second match is with a CV. Also funny, my highest record of spotting damage was with Taiho at 290k

Support Aircraft Carriers (Ki-56 - IJN light transport plane) An Idea to the Support CVs. They could have 1 or 2 of the standard aircraft types like dive bombers or dive bombers and torpedo bombers, but beside that, they could get a transport plane. Those transport planes would start at the map border and could have different mechanics. I have different ideas, which are independed from each. First suggestion The transport plane could drop a package with a parachute and will swim on the water like a small capture zone. The ship, that gets into it, will gain one consumable of a super heal. But those drops should be limited to not have too many super heals. Maybe only 3 in one match. Second suggestion The transport plane could drop troops on island close to caps, which start capping, but only for a limited time (maybe one minute), if a warships sits in the cap, the troops get denied. Third suggestion It's like the first suggestion, dropping a package on the surface, but instead of a superheal, it grants every consumalbe of that ship +1.

Though they might should consider that there are russian, american and german players, who would like to play the iconic ww2 ships/boats. I'm german, but I play mostly only IJN, because i like there ww2 technology and stuff (okay, without the japanese I would play germans :-| ) -
You should still take out some of the markings, because they are irrelevant or wrong. Win and lose rate is techincally balanced at 50%, the differences there are some kind of error. If one CV wins a match, another CV lost a match. It's impossible to get something else than 50% Aircraft destroyed are also irrelevant, because a CV will always have aircrafts in his match. Other ships like BBs or cruisers have matches without aircrafts, so their number gets lowered just by the missing CV in that match. You can't compare those numbers, it's like we would do a contest of, who eats more Burgers in one month, i get every day a burger served and you only every second. ;) Also it's obvious, that every stat, that is related to the speed, will go up for CVs. You can look at the RTS Same stats high, except the base def, but the Aircraft destroyed is multiple times higher. But to be fair - CVs were more rare, so obvioulsy that number must be higher, but also we know, that the CV earlier was way better in shooting down planes. So I would clearly say, that this stat is good in RTS and low in Rework. It's the nature of a CV to have those stat higher, that doesn't make it OP imo. Some stats like "base capture" can be way more important than "survived". I said it a few times, that I woudl change the spotting mechanic for CVs, thus one stat would be at least lowered, or actually with my suggestion all stats would be lowered (adding unarmed spotter planes for CVs) ps.: the newest statistic is also different. BBs with most damage e.g.

Stimme ich zwar zu, aber Flaggen, wo du es aufgreifst, sollte meiner Meinung nach kein Verbrauchsgut sein, zumindest nicht die Kampf-Flaggen Das mit den Flaggen ist ein künstlich erzeugtes Problem. (Kampf-)Flaggen, sollten nicht kaufbar oder "großzügigerweise" kostenlos erspielbar sein. Solche sind wichtig für das Match, quasi pay2win, wenn man keine hat. Daher sollten diese einfach unendlich vorhanden sein, quasi wie eine perma-camo, du man einfach dran und abmachen kann. Edit; Wie kann man sowas disliken? xD -
on T10 you have Smol, Kremlin and Stalin, which are also too strong, same counts for T8 Enterprise. There are ships which are stronger and ships which are weaker. But at the end, the player is also important, so a bad Enterprise player won't get a free win and we rarely have a skill-even match. Though I would prefer balancing

Well, prems that are taken away from the shop are still allowed in all the modes, there are no extra rules. Also soon is a Clan Brawl with CV, I believe one was T8 I don't like that either, that they don't balance the Prems.Guess it's a business decision. When they nerf ships, that they sold, then people would rant about it and maybe leave the game

I guess the Shokaku is in a good spot? At least when I played her. The bombs do 7600 dmg, Haku bombs du 8500 dmg. Buffing the bombs to 12k dmg would be a weird logic. Also I believe the bomb dmg from T8 to T10 are kinda similar increasing like the HP of ships. T8 BBs are around 63k-69k T10 BBs are around 92k-100k Relative increase ~68% T8 bombs totaly dmg 15.200 T10 bombs total dmg 25.500 Relative increase ~50% Guess buffing the T8 bombs to 12k -> 24.000 would be a bit of an overkill. The max buff I would give them would be to the same damage of 8500. But still no idea, if she really needs a buff, though I like the bombers. That would mean, the T8 planes would have the same bombs like the T10 planes, the joke here is, the T8 bombs are actually able to carry the T10 bombs, while the T10 planes were not able to carry them. The J5N carried max a 250kg bomb, but in this game it's a 800 kg bomb and the B7N was designed to be able to carry 800 kg bombs.

Gmomkey. The G stands actually for greedy. She gathers all the torps like bananas for herself and doesn't share them with her team mates. -

Even without CV they are often spotted, on T4 is not much concealment and torpedo range
