The dwindling amount of players of WOWS. Time for statistics & graphs!
Hanszeehock replied to MrFingers's topic in General Discussion
Let's start with where I agree with you. Yes you are a pleb and yes your analogy is poor. However, that is probably indicative of your general standard of posting. I questioned MrFingers motives because he starts a thread with a long post with misleading statistics and a headline figure that is obviously wrong. He has gone all defensive to explain why he doesn't really play the actual game. It just seems to me that he is an armchair admiral and forum prima donna. This forum is his stage and the haters like you are his audience. He makes a grand entrance and he thrives on the applause (positive reputation). So the game played here is World of Warships Forum not the actual game which you and people like him spend so much of their time writing about. I suppose MrFingers does have a role in outting all the haters, but god forbid anyone who might disagree or try to bring balance to the debate. They just get personal attacks from people like you and get called fanbois or even puppets. So keep responding to my posts in such a fashion, because it exposes your lack of anything intelligent to say.- 234 replies

The dwindling amount of players of WOWS. Time for statistics & graphs!

I was questioning your motivation. You played 55 battles in Beta and 167 since release. You complain about lack of competitions, for example, but it's not likely you will even take part. I assume you complain about bundles, but you have not purchased any premiums, bundle or not. So what's the point of spending so much time constructing elaborate posts about a game you almost never play or support financially in any way ?- 234 replies

You are almost a non player with 167 battles, so I think his point is pretty valid. How can you be so informed and opinionated about a game you almost never play ? And why even bother posting ? You must spend more time on the forum than in battle.- 234 replies

A screenshot would be very helpful. XP seems fine for me and the people I play with.

Another Acheron spam account - how boring

Really, primetime ? We are obviously playing on a different server. There are over 11k players on now, which is lunchtime on Friday. The MrFingers whine posts are getting tiresome.- 234 replies

Ctrl plus click on the planes.

All but CVs, although I'm fairly crap in DDs !
-
I've got both. It doesn't work.

Not seen that before, really useful. Only problem is that some of the things in the Port are hidden until you reach certain levels.
-
Hi Javelin. Unfortunately, it does seem that there is no basic guide to the Port and buying/selling ships etc. However if you have any specific questions please ask and I will do my best to answer them. To see what the control keys do in game press the tab key and you will see a list.

You talking to me ? What is your problem ? I just thought it would be helpful to let other players know the Blyskawica was now available. Perhaps instead of your constant whine posts you could actually write something constructive for a change or just but out
-
At peak times there can be 30k players online to support that number I'm guessing there is at least 100k active players. When the Russian and German ships appeared the numbers went up significantly but have gone down again.
-
We test on a separate server. However, you may have noticed that sometimes we test new ships on the live server. Most of the testing is not around random battles. For example, testing for bugs in new maps or changes to ship models can be completed in a training room.
-
Depends if they release more Polish ships.
-
Oh dear, I'm not making myself very clear. I was comparing to the Atlanta because that is the only other tier 7 premium ship in the shop and sets the benchmark for a non bundled T7. So my point is, that even with the extras the Blyskawica is cheaper, so essentially you are getting the dubloons and premium time 'free'. The irony here is that had WG sold the Blyskawica on its own for the same price as the cheaper bundle, people would have probably praised them and said they are listening to the community at last !
-
Actually its 2000 dubloons. But you are missing the point. For a Tier 7 ship it's very cheap.
-
So his maths isn't very good
-
Sorry I don't understand your point. The Atlanta is also T7 and costs more and is not in a bundle. And IMO this ship is a lot more fun.
-
I paid £21 for a T7 ship which is cheaper than the Atlanta at £23
-
A store without bundles everywhere? Just Boycot. There is no other way.
Hanszeehock replied to Makoniel's topic in General Discussion
Actually the Blyskawica is a really good price if you compare it to the Atlanta, which is the same tier. The cheaper bundle, even with premium time and dubloons is less money than the Atlanta on its own.- 320 replies

Actually, there is not even a option to report someone for team killing, the three options are 'bot' 'plays poorly' and 'abusive' I think.
-
Hi Titanic - the new maps are for higher tier ships, you have only got to T5.
-
Yeah this guy completed ruined the battle for his team from the word go.
