Change I would like, is the way the smoke screen works. I rather this was like real life, not looking like a fluffy cloud. So a DD would generate smoke from its funnels and then manoeuvre to set the screen in the right place.

I suppose if they had made it cheaper, then al the people who bought it last time, would have been very unhappy and in future not purchased the more expensive version but waited until it was cheaper. Personally, even though I can afford it, I won't be buying it. Happy to wait for Bismarck which will only cost my time.

Please don't call me sweetie pie, it just makes you look ridiculous. Perhaps you might want to read the title of the thread Ducat created today (hint, it contains the word apology). There are people who have called Ducat a cheat and other unpleasant things, and there are some really nasty pieces of work jumping on the hate wagon. Those people should apologise when Ducat is cleared. For myself, perhaps I got carried away on the forum last night, which is not a good idea after a couple of beers, but I was incensed by what some people had written. I really do not care that some people on here think of me or call me a WG fan boy, they just don't respect balanced argument. If it was up to me I would ban the lot of them from this forum. Happy Christmas.

Ducat made a big mistake in starting that thread, and I know he finds the response very depressing. What was meant as a lighthearted Xmas jokey thing has turned into a disaster. It will be very sad if when Ducat is found innocent people do not apologise and move on. This community has become very toxic. I realise I do not help when I respond the way I do, but that is just me. I will just have to take stock and ignore some of the things posted here in future.

I think your analogy is completely off the wall and pretty offensive. Just to repeat, let's wait and see what WG's investigation uncovers, the trouble with people like you, is that you have already decided without seeing all the evidence. I shudder to think about the miscarriages of justice if some of the people on this forum ever served on a jury.

This assumes he is guilty. He isn't and I would not confuse the contributors to this forum with the playerbase. Some of them don't even play the game.

I didn't defend Ducat because he is a fellow ST. I defended him because is is a personal friend and I know him well enough to know he does not cheat. Anyway lets wait till Monday when WG complete their investigation. I am certain that Ducat will be totally exonerated. In the meantime the haters can carry on hating.
