I'm not sure what data source you have to back up your views ? It's not like T8 is totally full of MKs and Atagos. The majority of premiums are not remotely OP. And don't think that this forum in anyway reflects the views of most players.

unfortunately, I cannot give my views on the current state of Campbeltown, I see no reason why it cannot be released but I guess the balancing issues go wider than just Campbeltown. Having tested Texas, if it remains unchanged I defo want her. She has a significant advantage over her sister New York.

I think this is an exaggeration. Not all premium ships are the best at their tier. And is it really major, let alone a disaster ? The MK and Atago might be OP when used by an experienced player but they still die quickly to a good BB player. In terms of overall game balance its a total non issue. From a commercial point of view, decent premiums sell well and fund the game. What's wrong with that ?

I think the point was, that people felt Campbeltown should have been released on the anniversary of Operation Chariot. Before anyone asks, I have no idea why it has not been released yet !

Unfortunately, the haters on this forum have got to keep hating and trolling. Hopefully their toxicity will be overwhelmed by the intelligent and constructive comments. For me, I can only apologise for the troll feeding of yesterday, but sometimes I find it difficult to say nothing in response to personal attacks. Anyway, back on track, congratulations to you and all the participants from both teams, I for one thought it was an enjoyable event and I'm sure it is a good launchpad for the future.

I think it was great advertising for premium ships. I think the problem is that people have it in their heads this game is like Wot and the same 'rules' re premiums apply. They don't.

Happy to disagree. This was just an experiment really, and a lot would have been learnt from it. I think WoWS have tremendous potential for esports and is certainly, to my eyes, more watchable than WoT.

Just a suggestion. Try the IJN DDs first. They are a lot more forgiving to new players due to their low detectability and longer torp range. Russian DDs are really gunboats and require very situational play. Unless you try for the sucide charge using the torps with their very short range it is about being patient and either sneaking up on a distracted BB or staying hidden and waiting for one to come round an island. I also recommend you take a look on YouTube, there are many excellent vids there which will give you a much better idea of how to play different ships.

I wish I could answer you, but as you may know Supertesters are bound by the NDA. But I expect any delay is due to the need to obtain more server stats.

Had a nice battle against Crusherheads and his friends and managed 170k damage in my Shima which was nice. Also met BorgWarrior who was in his North Carolina
