Actually, the visibility is only affected on the North map.

Well hopefully they will significantly increase the chances of this map appearing.

It's being tested on one map. This is confirmed on the Asian Server PT announcement. Someone has already posted on the internet a short video of the cyclone effects. It will be really interesting to see what people think of it

People whine about all changes !!

The reasons why you should not comment on something you have not tried: At least try the Public test starting tomorrow before assuming you can make comments like this on behalf of others. The weather on the North map adds a different dynamic to the game with reduced visibility for all ships and planes. Try it, you might even like it.
