No, you should report him, using the 'Misbehaves in chat' option, and you can even give him a 'Plays poorly' report. But being bad at the game is not against the rules of the game. And loosing a Tirpitz early hurts, but paying attention to a sunk persons spam is just plain silly. Also, as a teacher (of sorts) I have learned that if you want someone to listen to your advice you should never start your lesson with 'You're a noob', 'You are bad', 'You suck' or anything similar to that. Especially if it's true, it's a surefire way of getting people to ignore your advice and thinking you're an irritating assh^t.

    Friendly ship on ship collision

I am in favour of upping the damage from friendly on friendly collisions, just to give people incentives to learn not to run into things. I am also in favour of being damaged when running into heavy solid objects such as islands. And I don't mind having a proximity alarm for ships too. Now, I don't make any decisions, I just wanted to make my opinion heard.

    Issue, constant disconnects in game?

I also have a problem of serial dc's, but that is alleviated if I only let the game run on one core. Problem is, then I get so much client-lag the game turns unplayable. I would guess and hope that it's a case of the game failing to reconnect properly when hopping between cores. As if it is so, then it might go away when the developers get a better hang of multicore support and utilization. Or when I buy a better computer, that can run it on a single core.

Reduce the chance of Fire when hit by HE

Well, considering the completely realistic fact that heavily armoured ships become almost unpenetrable for lesser calibers at short ranges with AP, that suggestion is a bit backwards. A cruiser usually can't penetrate a BB unless at such a long range that the shell drops down onto the lightly armoured deck instead of bouncing off the heavy sides.
  5. As it is now, if someone dc's, their ship comes to an immediate halt, in a way no ship would be able to do without help from an isle to run into. And while being at dead stop makes you easier to hit (Fair deal, if you're not at the helm you should be easy to kill), the sudden stop is in my opinion not the best way to do it. To exemplify this, I have a happening in my tier 4 japanese battleship, the Myogi, a fairly fast beast, as battleships goes. I, through carelessness and good play from the enemy DDs, notice a huge swarm of torpedoes coming in from my starboard side, probably from multiple Minekazes or something. I start to turn, but know that I will fail, the torps are too close and I'm going too fast to be able to avoid the spread, so I think 'Damn, another one' and bam ---> Login Screen. I log back on as fast as I can (fairly quick, adrenaline pumps) and when the game is done loading, I expect to be a sinking wreck, having had some half a dozen torps hit me midships. Instead, I am greeted by the blaring torpedo-warning, and the indicator shows them to the port side. What the ...?! I see the closest little red triangle speeding away, some 3-4 meters in front of the ship. and the rest further in front. I had my speed set to zero when I dc'd, and the entire spread had clean missed, leaving me totally unscathed. I can imagine the rage of those DD captains as the hand of god descended and saved my ship. Then I dc'd twice more and ... well a ship at dead stop doesn't survive all that long. But that is another thing entirely. My solution to this problem: I suggest that when one loses ones link, that ones ship comes to a stop in the same manner as when ones engine have been shot to pieces. Simple, the code obviously already exist for it and not in any way unfair. At least not in my opinion.
  6. I don't care about the exploitability, I just think it's ... ugly, for lack of better word.

    [suggestion] Polish ships

With the Polish navy having at most some leased cruisers, and the rest being DD's and torpedo-boats, it doesn't sound like something you'd make a full national tech tree of. Perhaps premium vessels, for the Polophiles out there? Kinda like the brittish Warspite (Only smaller), and not as likely to get company by an entire armada. (In the time period between 1900 and 1945, I mean. It's modern navy, while not having that big ships, are still too modern to fit into WoWs, in my opinion.)

    Game Modifications: Pros and Cons

Blowing the aim-prediction mod to .... somewhere bad .... Is a good idea in my opinion. Another (probably harder to implement) solution would be to let thoose with the mod end up in a queue of their own, so they can fight others of a similar mind, and thoose of us (including my mediocre self) that wish to learn by experience instead of learning by mod, don't have to contend with the modusers.
