Tier 1:
-Kutuzov ( good dpm ; shell velocity; self smoke ; lord of IFHE )
Tier 2:
-Atago ( good concealment , access to heal , good for flank but like 90% of CA you will be dependent of how many BB's are in the game )
-Chapayev ( epic radar range , rail gun , lord of IFHE , bad maneuvrability , tier 3 if BB's spam)
-Charles Martel ( really fast ship and good for flank and dodge , average dpm)
Tier 3:
-New Orleans ( nice concealment and tool , but this dpm .........)
-Edinburgh (not a bad ship with good tool but he will be less usefull versus good player ; it could be tier 2 if you have very good knowledge of placement and map awarness)
-Mogami ( set-up 155mm if not => tier4 ; really good dpm but if there is more than 2 BB's , he will get delete in 5 min )
Tier 4:
-Hipper (worst dpm ; slow ; bad concealment and maneuvrability , one good thing is that you cant be overmatch by low caliber BB's ) ( i love this ship :( )
-Prinz Eugen ( same as hipper)
DD
Tier 1:
Lo yang ( godlike hydro ; well rounded dd with a little less potential damage than benson and low hp )
Tier 2:
Kidd
Benson ( he's not the best at anything but he can do everything )
Harekaze
Tier 3:
Kagero ( nice torp but too much hydro will just make this ship not really usefull )
Ognovoi ( not a bad ship with good torp but at this tier you have better choice )
Akizuki ( nice dpm but this ship is big , slow and got bad maneuvrability , if you get catch by radar or dd who has some support , good luck to escape )
Hsienyang ( imo they will be a lot of hydro ... so , you cant hit dd and your deep water torps will be spot by hydro more often )
Tier 4:
Kiev ( could be good before rank 5 or maybe at the end of the season , but versus good player you will be delete really fast)
Z-23 ( really large hp pool , but who would like to play this ship instead of Lo Yang ? )
BB
Tier 1:
Bismark (Hydro)
North Carolina ( well rounded BB)
Alabama (well rounded BB)
Amagi ( if you like DS)
Tier 2:
Tirpitz (no hydro)
Monarch ( "only" 35% fire chance)
Tier 3:
Kii
Tier 4:
CV
Tier 1:
If you like bad RTS you should play Shokaku .
Tips 1: when you see cv in Q just leave and wait some minutes ( maybe one day WG will make something to put a good cv player vs a good cv player , atm you are too much dependant of the skill of the CV guy , if its the 40%WR bad luck for you , if its a 70% WR well if you dont throw it should be fine . )
Tips2: After 2 games lost without top xp just stop and play rank next day , you have time.
