Dunno how to explain it better but after each end of a battle if you check the resutls you'll see a mark in front of your and others' name that most likely is a ranking but i still dont remember seeing anything about this in the latest updates' changelogs, is there anything where i can check out all of them and what do they actually mean ? If you still dont get it im talking bout these ones :

Last match i've picked up Kagero and went with it into a match, where the map chosen was Land of FIre. It started to load to about quarter of the total and then an error message popped up in the background. I got an actual capture of it right here : I tried it for the second time to join that match but it would gave me the same error. Now i'm waiting for it to finish and probably gonna get with some reports and money loss... Oh, btw, i got enough space on my disk to run the game, same as the RAM amount, never gets above 70-75%, with cached memory.

15 available in C and about 150 in D, no memory optimization softwares installed

I'm not using any mods. Re-installing would be the last choice i'd choose, so please think further..

There's a reward for participating in the public test and i've recieved an email, today, from WG, telling me to claim it. As soon as i log on to the game's european website, it says there's no such reward. One possible issue could be that i had to make a new account for the public test, where i've used a different email than the one i'm using on the official game version. What do i do to claim my reward now ?

Just submitted a ticket to the EU one. Waiting for a feedback...

What support ? The one where i've made my public test account, which is the russian one, or the european one where's my official account ?
