I own a Kongo tier V Japanese battleship, I regularly meet St. Louis class cruisers. I shoot them with AP: couple of hundreds of damage, probably due to over-penetration. I shoot them with HE: couple of hundreds of damage, knocks out some modules. How do I freaking kill them? With a good hit on a battleship with AP I can take 20k of their health, how comes that ship is so invulnerable?

I recently came in a situation where a destroyer was approaching me while I was in a battleship, I was following the enemy ships with my aim but the guns couldn't keep up by a slight angle, at that point I just wanted to fire because I was very low on health but the game works that if you're not fully aimed the guns won't shoot. Is there a way to shoot even if your guns are totally out of aim?
