    It comes out on Tuesday. On the NA portal it says update is Monday so a day after us. Don't know why they havnt updated the EU portal information yet to tell us....

    you can say the same for all tiers. there are certain ships that do certain jobs better but the fact that tier 8 is mostly filled with mediocre ships (what some would call balance) is in fact the very reason that it is not balanced. you cant have just 1 ship to do 1 job in tier 8 which is where spamming a load of the same ships (aki, kiev etc) comes from. this however would not work in tier 10 due to ships being powerful enough to not need multiple of the same ships to do 1 job. for example; we all know that even though stalin is a very powefull ship 7 of them together would get outplayed by a more diverse team with spotting advantages etc. but in the case of tier 8 where kiev is a very powerful ship due to its ability to solo kill any cruiser it comes across, a diverse team will usually not counter a team of mostly kievs as individual ships at tier 8 are far easier to kill in comparison, therefore once 1 ship is killed the link in the chain is broken and the kievs can just run over the rest of the team. obviously its not as black and white as im saying but that is the general trend.

    tier 8 is probably one of the most unbalanced tiers for ships. for us it has been a fairly easy season but thats just because we face rolled with kievs which is brainless boring game play most of the time. the set ups this season either revolve around kievs, akis or radar edis. one counters the other and its just kinda rock paper scissors. obviously its not all down to the line up, but this season it has played a far bigger part in getting wins than in tier 10. also as said before there is a clear problem with vlads and lenins being too survivable which in turn makes other BBs obsolete nearly. clan battles should always be tier 10 as it is probably the most balanced tier out there right now.

    I did not do it myself yet, but will probably do it after work, as the ship felt as bad as expected and I know I will never play it over the other T9 (just compare it to Mogador, Chung Mu, Kitakaze, Jutland).

    im feeling another graf zepplin scenario here. releasing another unfinished ship

    As expected, this ship is in desperate need of either one of these things:

     

    • Radar instead of DefAA
    • Heal
    • Reload Booster
    • Concealment buff

    what category did you select to ask for a refund? i had to just use some random category because the refund one makes you put in payment info which i obviously didnt have for a free xp ship.

    Seriously though no 19 point captains after that number of battles is worryingly impressive
