Please read what is said before any comments, im not dumb & have checked a few methos to resove this issue.
For some reason, my windows programme allocation to view WOWs. is my WOWs launcher... this would b great but all it does is open the launcher. This itself is no biggy to resolve EXCEPT that when i try & alter the programme allocation via the "open with" by right clicking it, i locate the Wow's exe and select, but it does not show as being valid. ( i know what i am doing in this part of the issue, so its not me selection the wrong icon...)
I cannot remove the present programme allocation, it will not allow me to delete the option/s that are there ( it has PDF viewer, windows media player etc etc) so i can start a fresh.
I have even tried to alter it via the windows shell system in the programm setting in windows, but i cant clear out the present "default viewing programmes".
So im stuck being unable to view any replays of all the latest batch i have on the hdd (over 1200) they now will only action via the Wow;s launcher & NOT the WOW's exe game file.
Can any WG techno geek offer any resolvement of this? I dont think i could even send any of the files to another person to view, as they are now all set to be opened by the WOW's launcher.
