For when I want to remember the game fondly I will think of Yamato or Hood. If I want to remember a ship that explains why things went down hill I will think of the PR.

According to WOWS stats and numbers the Yukon has been taken out 3277. I’m amazed it’s that many. (https://wows-numbers.com/ships/) Still whilst I hold LWM in high regard and I appreciate the amount of effort she and Chobi put into this project I really hope they have finally learnt what kind of company WG are.

As has been stated probably not, WG tend to only refund a ship if you have played a single battle in it. You could ask support but I wouldn’t get my hopes up.

Slightly off topic but it’s Friday ( it’s also not as though WG give a damn over anything written here) and we could probably all do with a laugh:

At least they are finally trying this … again. I’m under no illusions that it’s for anything other than the intended benefit of submarines, but it should make life a little better for all surface ship players too. Just a pity it’s taken so long to even revisit this idea.

Although it’s a very personal choice I wouldn’t personally recommend spending anything on this game the way things are going. There is a lot of choice on steam I would seriously consider alternatives.

I clearly support the consumption of Beer after all it’s in my name. Also why would you want to hear contrary views based on logic, reason or experience we come here to hear our views be validated damn it.

Fingers crossed we do get the potential second map next year ( and lord knows when the Faroes map will come out) but sadly this is all spill over from the wonderful submarine rework that isn’t at all a waste if resources. I wouldn’t hold my breath on new operations they won’t even give us back all the old ones.

Can we have Von Lohengramm’s Brunhild first at least she’s beautiful, and just as historic.

If it’s only one ship going for the transports that’s fine by me and better it’s a cruiser anyway. What really annoys me is when 2 battleships follow the cruiser going for the transports or all the cruisers go for them. If the only thing I had to worry about was one person trying to get the Sharks amongst Shrimps achievement then I would be happy.

If I ever get back into playing random matches your probably right I should probably give her another go she certainly wasn’t a bad ship by any means.

What I would like to see would be: British battlecruisers as an alt BB line but much more AP focused, Italian DDs, Commonwealth line, However unfortunately what I think we will get is Submarines, Submarines, Premium Submarines, French CVs, and more submarines,

I have absolutely no faith in the way things are going and already stopped playing randoms.

Unless I am being typically inattentive (not unknown with me) I see no one has admitted to owning a Yukon this far.

I have seen 2 FS in game and they did pretty well but nothing amazing, in her current state I wasn’t left thinking wow this ship is a must have so I would suggest holding fire on deciding for the moment.

All worked fine for me and the camera rotated smoothly while watching the construction. As always very pretty and nicely done. Having Repulse and Dreadnought in the back ground was a nice touch as was adding Medway Queen from Operation Dynamo. I know the map layout isn’t perfect and heck if we really go into detail the steam engine and it’s train are American designs rather than British, but that is really splitting hairs.

Lightning, Cossack, Jutland, Daring, Shimakaze, Minotaur, Des Moines, Missouri, Yamato and Thunderer. I love the British DDs for their ability to contest caps, Shimakaze is just a lot of fun. Cruisers it’s rate of fire. Thunderer is for me at least the most beautiful ship in game. Yamato was my first tier 10 and Missouri just because I love playing her way to aggressively and it really seems to shock people.

Kongo - her speed, Kamikaze R - she’s evil and it’s so much fun. Warspite - her guns but the speed frustrates me, Hood - her speed and she is beautiful. Belfast - because she has so much versatility and is evil too.

It is rather weird the Cheshire was removed, as others have said she has some rather significant draw backs so she can’t have been removed for being over powered. Hopefully she will return next year as part of some event although with WG who knows...

Kamikaze R, Belfast and Druid for me. I also have the Audacious im not sure if you would call her rare or maybe just not many people are bonkers enough to like playing her.

Whilst the flag was handy and who doesn’t like reduced costs but I would hardly call this a nail in the coffin that’s quite the over reaction. WG has done way way worse (eg. submarines)than the removal of a mere discount flag.

I still do all the public testing more because it’s low stress and I can test out ideas without making others suffer if I make mistakes. It’s also where I will actually demean myself to play ‘submarines’ a lot. The rewards are distinctly underwhelming though so I can understand why participation is pretty poor. That and WG only hear the feedback they want to hear.

Best you can do is make sure that you submit the replay to support and hope they block him from playing for at least a while. There is one particular player I used to encounter from time to time who did that in a CV, and there were very suspicious breaks in his playing (when I checked) so I can only hope it meant support did at least temporarily sanction him. WG won’t ban them from playing permanently but they might at least reduce how often they can ruin the fun for other people.

Have a look in your missions tab you need to earn a certain amount of XP to unlock them for rental periods. However be warned they are only for rent so you can waste resources if not careful.
