After my little break in playing its nice to see nothing changes I just wish teams spent as much time playing as they do blaming in chat.

Personally I love Ocean and maps with more open water however unfortunately it would appear that a lot of players prefer more cover not less. A while back WG did some question on Facebook or Instagram asking what was your most hated map and Ocean won hands down which is a pity. Still I live in hope of seeing ocean again I often get it on the PTS but sadly not in the main game.

Well it does seem fun just WOWS does it better than real life, after all look at Prinz Eugen getting friendly with Leipzig

It’s only my theory but I believe it’s a hold over from when WG intended for karma to mean something and hence why it would be a scare resource worth working to earn. However as we know it’s been relegated to nothing more than a vent for frustrated players to hopefully reduce the arguments in chats and subsequent complaints to supports.

I had something a bit similar happen to me once, had a great game and in the closing moments of the battle the game froze, when it unfroze I was back in port but no sign of a result screen or any indication I had even played a battle ( also still had the daily bonus for that ship showing). I have no idea why and it’s only happened that one time to me but it was certainly weird.

I just sincerely hope this might be the start of WG putting effort back into operations again. I would love to see the return of the missing operations, and I’m cautiously optimistic that they asked about the missing ones.

Out of curiosity which port are you using? I always used the Designer’s table to reduce the demands on my system due to the water effects.

Visually this game is wonderful I really wish I could find someone who could take the designs of the Thunderer and some other ships to 3D print

How I wish I could get access to the court log for that trial, it would be very enlightening as I think WGs legal team might say very different things to their CMs.

Can’t say I found the inclusion of super ships/ tier 11 in random battles to be beneficial but was endurable. Far less unpleasant than submarines that’s for sure. What exactly are we testing though? WG don’t care if we like the addition of such ships so if it’s “did we get the rentals alright” then yes that worked.

Certainly surprising they shut it down and not even a explanation as to why, which is rare to say the least in this day and age.

Compared to some of the great players on here I really don’t have that much, but I’m an ok player and I’m always easy going in chat so it slowly ticks up (it also helps I play way too much so more opportunities to collect karma). It might help that I tend to use phrases like “if you wouldn’t mind..” or “sorry to trouble you but could you…” I think it amuses people to be spoken to in such a polite style.

Well that is also a solution, I certainly get a lot of reports when I play my kamikaze but it’s worth it, it’s sometimes fun to be the bad guy after all.

I just wish I could exchange my karma for something useful in game. Mind you I can only imagine how the great CV players must feel cheated given how much karma they manage to collect.

I wouldn’t hold out any hope for WG changing their ways, but it’s like the gambling aware adverts we get on the TV say “When the fun stops, STOP”. If your not enjoying the game then it’s time to move on, there are thankfully a decent amount of good games out there, personally I’m loving playing mechwarrior 5 a lot lately.

I wish they would too but nothing I have seen from this whole submarine project gives me any hope they would even consider it sadly.

Actually perhaps this is an idea that should be revisited by WG the idea of active & passive sonar. If DDs were capable of using a active pinging consumable at least there would be some value in DDs conducting ASW where as now BBs are far more useful in the ASW role.
