Still got to write a full report but essentially main bugs are, often won't open or freezes up when trying to change tabs, and sometimes doesn't record progress on missions so you complete an objective but you won't get the mission ticked off as complete/ rewards. -

Suffice to say there is a whole lot of data that's still needed, because on the PTS it was far too heavy on suicidal bots as everyone only wanted to play DDs or Subs. Also people really were not playing to win but rather just going all guns blazing. Although it was worryingly easy to shot gun kill a DD when it came in to begin a depth charge run. Still with a lot of testing maybe it's possible to develop balanced subs although I don't honestly hold out much hope of that. -

The really scary thi is how buggy this new system is although I will naturally be putting a fully detailed report into the PTS bugs section but for goodness sake if your going to make it this ugly at least make it work. -
We have never got early access on the PTS to the new lines of ships coming out, it's always been the case we get to experience a very simplified version of grind to see if the token currency of the month is working or not. Also yes the Dockyard event is feeling very familiar although we will have to wait and see how extreme the grind actually is as the PTS values cannot be trusted.

Im not sure your mission tracking is working correctly seeing as I tried to complete the mission to get 5 torp hits in a victories battle using a German cruiser. Anyway I got 9 torp hits in a victorious battle but the mission says not completed

It does happen from time to time you will find clan mates on the enemy team, sometimes even randomly on the same team. Also every now and then we get threads started here by people saying that clanmates avoid shooting each other in randoms thankfully it's a rare issue, I think most of us here know what fun it is to try and kill our clan leader.- 61 replies

I was surprised to see such a dramatic change to how combat missions are displayed in port as well as how progress is displayed in the post battle results. Im sure I will get used to it but why was it necessary to make such an ugly and cumbersome display it honestly seems like a step back

It’s been the same for my clan most of the regular CB players (myself included) will only participate if we absolutely need too. This clan battle season was extremely arduous but the worst thing is WG will probably declare it a total success and the magic spreadsheets say we all want lots more of it.

Basically yes, even the most incompetent CVs will sometimes hit you, but if they are really incompetent they will miss enough of the time as long as you dodge like a mad man that they can waste a lot of time trying to kill you or give up as it's too much like hard work. -

In the hands of a good player they are damned annoying thankfully very few people who play the Smolensk are any good in her. Two things about the Smolensk I never understood though is why do so many CV players believe it has God level AA? the number of CVs who complain when they see 2 or 3 of them on the enemy team is confusing. The second is why on Earth WG thought introducing a HE cruiser with smoke would be well received, especially after they removed the Kutozov and Belfast from sale? Personally I don't find Smolensk to be that big of an issue it's something to watch out for but there are other things I reserve my hate for in this game.

4 containers, 5 tokens in each. When I did this grind on the PTS it wasn't until my 20 something container that I saw anything higher than 5 tokens so I'm working on the principle that the drop chances are very miserly (although I might just be very unlucky). -

At least they are taking things a bit slowly but I will be really shocked if WG don't ram subs into randoms as soon as they think they can get away with it, and knowing them at the same time release a few premium subs that then they cannot nerf when they find out they are a bit too good. -
Considering how valuable steel is a resource it seems an excessive price but as others have said some people will still get them

Nice to see the forum stays true to form whenever CVs are discussed, I admit I'm no fan of CVs since the rework but wow this discussion descended fast. Unfortunately as has been stated for the benefit of the OP if he does feel he was incorrectly given a chat ban best he can do is contact one of the WG staff who appear here and ask them to take a look. -
Thankfully the Russian cruisers never really excited me so this event is not that much of a big deal to me, I'm certainly not complaining if I get anything but I won't break my back for any of it.

I'm certainly having one of those hopeless days today can't seem to get a win no matter what. Most battles 2/3 of the enemy team attack my flank where there are 2 of us defending the rest of our team seem to be taken apart in seconds despite over whelming numbers in their favour. Guess I'm not carrying hard enough will take today off and try again tomorrow. -
