    - i consider DD OP only when they are on my team - yesterday got team killed three battles in a row by my own braindead teammates that think its a great plan firing torps from second and third row while out of range - really sometimes i just want to watch world burn

    omaha vs cleveland

    - yeah,cleve is in bad spot atm since everyone and their grandma is playing "range games" ( shell travel time at that range is somewhat around 13 sec? )...even BBs look like Neo from Matrix "Dodge This" - games when im firing at 14km ranges are around 15% hit ratio,the ones at 8-9km are close to 55%....but then again i have yet to meet the ship that can stand toe to toe with cleve in one on one slugfest at suicide range

    - Cleveland suffers from shell velocity indeed....but at medium ranges when shells dont have to travel far it can dish out some serius damage,RoF is great - also AA is respectable at last and with right skills and modules providing AA cover becomes very viable option - citadel hitbox is one of the smallest compared to other cruisers - for me Omaha is better at long range engagements and for that extra punch or area denial with torps
  5. - yup,that cruiser fighter is a terminator - tested it yesterday in a match with two CV on enemy team,turned off AA and went hunting for returning squadrons,that little biplane wiped the sea floor with them,he shot down 11 planes ( ship was Omaha ) - dont get me wrong i got no love for CV,but that plane should be balanced a bit more

    Some Feedback

    - first i want to say that im really enjoying the game so far and looking at the player counter going over 40k+ im not the only one so congrats to development team they did a good job - now for some things that my friends and myself see as a bit of problem in the current version of the game : 1. AA defence of lower tier ships virtualy does not exist,so in the future maybe you could balance it a bit that lower tiers have at least some chance against squadrons of planes (not to decimate them but at least to be some kind of a risk for a carrier sending them your way) 2. High Exsplosive shell fires,maybe tone them down a bit to be more on the same level as Armour Piercing,at the moment spamming high explosive shells is the way to go 3. Torpedo bombers...manualy droping torpedos right on top of players is somewhat bad design,maybe adding minimum arming distance for droped torpedos would give players at least some kind of chance to avoid a couple 4. Map border....i know that you are aware of this but abusing map border is starting to take hold in players more and more and it is becoming more frequent "tactic" choice 5. Gameplay wise there should be more incentives for playing as a team and to cover each other...for example providing AA cover and gunning down enemy planes should be more rewarding ( example..i shot down 13 enemy planes providing cover for our CV,as a result of that we won the game and our CV managed to pick up High Caliber and ton of xp while i got 680 xp ...dont get me wrong two of us had a major impact in that battle and we won because of our teamwork but why are rewards so low for keeping your team alive during the match? ) 6. Fighter plane launched from Cruisers is to strong...that thing can wipe out incoming squadrons of enemy planes on its own...maybe it should be balanced a bit

    World of Anything but BBs.

    - this will be my first post on this forum - i came late in CBT so im not the most experienced player out there,but i was fortunate enough to play alongside with some of the more experienced members of this forum and got to learn about the game thanks to their advices - first i want to put some things in perspective QUEUE: 300 Battleships,200 Cruisers,10 Carriers,5 Destroyers in OBT....those numbers were more closer to each other in CBT....there will be whining and there will be alot more of it in the future to come - please dont whine that Destroyer or Carrier is OP just because he torped you,those two classes of ships ARE your hard counters in this game ( in RL carriers and destroyers made Battleships either extinct or turned into museums ) and their job is to sink you,if they did then you failed at your job of avoiding them since this game is based on rock/paper/scissors counters ( atm with the HE fires add + lizard/spock but thats for another thread ) - play the game,learn the mechanics,read a guide or two about your favorite class,be patient and be a teamplayer ,everything else will fall in place on its own - most of us have 12-16 years of education and we still dont know half of sh.t we should....and this is just a game so put some effort (pardon my writing ,english is not my native language )
