    katori availability

Yes! Now I can be nostalgic about the Beta again, when this was the tech tree tier 1

    Bismarcks Secondary guns not working

Ctrl-click should work if he has the manual skill. That is what the game refers to as 'designating' a target. Even without the manual skill, you can use this to prioritise a specific target for your secondaries to fire at, like a DD or Cruiser - otherwise they shoot randomly at anything in their range. Also, the skill does in fact state that secondaries will only fire at designated targets.

Does your brother have the Manual Fire Control for Secondary Armament skill on his captain? Because if he does, secondaries will only fire when a target is manually selected.

When do we see Kaga for gold?

Well, it's available in-game now. You probably already saw that, but I figured I'd make a post anyway.

When do we see Kaga for gold?

https://worldofwarships.eu/en/news/premshop/premshop-saipan/ "USS Saipan is available exclusively from 13 April at 07:10 CEST until 2 May at 07:00 CEST" It was definitely a temporary sale in the shop. Anyway, why did you buy gold beforehand instead of, you know, holding onto your money so you could buy the ship directly? Also, people use Dubloons for a variety of things that cannot be done with money directly. One of which is converting Exp, and another is buying permanent camo for ships, which gets really expensive on tier 9/10.

When do we see Kaga for gold?

Uhm, as far as I recall Saipan was not permanently available from the start, certainly not in the tech tree. But anyway, if Kaga comes into the tech tree it will probably either be after the current bundles expire, or with the next large patch. That's assuming she comes at all, which we can never be certain of with WarGaming EU. Graf Spee is not on sale, for example.

Larger orbit helps them spot things like torpedoes earlier, though. The ships they're orbiting would profit much less from tighter orbits.

    Saipan need adjustment

Strafing? I've been trying but the issue is that the enemy planes can apparently just interrupt this and get into the... how do you call it? The thing where they stick together and shoot until one dies. And that's generally mine. Really frustrating. But that's just another point for why I think the Saipan is terribly designed. Your fighters suck unless you're very good at manual control, which is an advanced tactic. Everything about this ship seems to be designed and balanced around the expectation that it's being sailed by an experienced player with a skilled Captain. But it's a premium that any new player can just straight-up buy, with a fresh captain, and be bad in. I feel like it would have been better if they'd put it on tier 8 with bigger squadrons. For the rest, thanks for the advice but it's nothing I hadn't already picked up from videos and guides. I appreciate that you took time to write that out, though.

    Saipan need adjustment

I would say it's a combination of both. Saipan is clearly balanced with the idea of having a skilled Captain placed into it... but that's just wrong. Not only because tier 7 carriers likely won't have the skill yet but also because Saipan can, and in fact will because I did just that, be bought by people with no experience playing aircraft carriers. And they are going to start with a very lousy Captain and will get stomped. Like me. And honestly, I can't see Saipan with Air Superiority being OP, because right now my fighters tend to get eaten alive. I really need to keep them together and try to get the jump on enemy fighter groups or they tend to melt...

    Concealment Expert

Well, then it's probably the delay as others said. Easy way to check would be to move away from them and see at which range you lose contact with them, providing they aren't firing, I guess?

    They might have camo paint?

    Albany Cruiser - UP?

It was in my experience playing it a few times. The range is short (3km?) but once something gets in that range the damage starts piling up.
