You are a Cruiser main, very familiar with the Belfast, i would suggest go for the Smolensk. It can pull off ridiculouis stuff and rumour says it might be removed soon, joining the Musashi.

For me it looks like the enemy had no idea what was he doing, threw 60 planes into 2 ships only. You could have done the same in a Langley

Can you please define teamplay then? What makes for example a Yamato a teamplayer what a Midway could never achieve?

Proven by who? Its more useless to help my team mop up the rest of the fleeing enemy in a 6v2, its just damage whoreing and killstealing :)

I dont agree on "the CVs are not part of the team, they play their own minigame", WG did well implementing CVs more into teamplay. I, personally, always try to harass DDs to help the friendly ones to cap (and win the game), drop fighters for friendlys and help the collapsing flank. You might say "yeah but you are the minority", but you can be as selfish in a DD or BB as a carrier as well, depends on the player not the class. I wish there was smoke consumable on the planes to drop for my teammates.
