Hi, I elited my Wyoming a few weeks back, bought the Langley but did nothing with it until now. I thought it best to play Co-op for a few battles before inflicting myself on a "real" game/team. Has anyone done an idiots guide to playing CV's? I'm guessing there's no way to view the ship in the traditional view, it's all about the planes? I've seen mention of manual drop, rather than auto, but I've no idea how to do this. All suggestions welcome. Thanks

Hi all, I can't find if this has been asked before, apologies if I missed it. Given the high gold cost of "retraining" a captain as skills inrease, has anyone done a set-up for a captain for each ship? I'm a wee bit lazy and tend to keep a captain to a ship rather than move them around or up (no premium ships yet, but even then unlikey to move them) I know I should look at moving captains up the tech tree, but I have too many low tiers on 2 or 3 level 1, 2 level 2 and no idea where to go after that.

I like the new User Interface, good job WG. There's one bit that clutters up the screen a bit that I think we could live without though - do we really need a number next to the ring? If the distance is the ring, we don't need to know what that distance is. Either remove the numbers or give us the option to remove the numbers please.

Hi, While playing tier 4 and 5 I've found myself playing it teams with a couple of CV's. I find I tend to spawn on one side of the flank and head away from the fleet. Very regularly, everyone else heads the opposite direction leaving the flank open (apart from me) and CV's potentially exposed. Am I wrong to think of trying to defend CV's? Probably very wrong to go it alone,but it feels wrong to leave a whole flank open. Next noob question - in WoT, after the battle, I could see a lot more info about how many shots each player fired amongst other things. Can we see that here or am I missing something blindingly obvious? Thanks

No, the first you know is you were detected, not the torp warning. You chose this skill, use it. When it goes off you know there's a DD you can't see. Change direction.

I tried the dynamic reticule and hated it. Couldn't hit a thing with it. Literally didn't land a single shot on any target.

I like that reticule, is it useful? I'm struggling with ships running towards (or away from) me at an angle. Where can I find it?

Evening gents, Can anyone tell me how to see the after-game "karma" votes please? I can vote someone up or down for a good or bad game but I can't see if people have done the same for me. I suspect I'm more of a handicap than useful but would like to see if others share that view.

I'm not too bothered about karma, when I 1st posted I'd heard about it but didn't know where to see it. +ve karma I have no interest in, I was concerned that I might be bad enough to get -ve though.

Oh bugger. Can't say if it's been higher than 0 and slipped back to 0 But it's not -ve. I see this as a (reasonably) good thing

My noob mistake - I ran aground. Mid-turn, fully broadside on a beach, no water to the beach side. The inevitable happened and I was killed. I laughed when the ship turned turtle in 0 feet of water. I was amazed when the hull sank under the waves in 0 feet of water. Realistic sinkings are awesome right up until realistically stupid happens.

Hi all, I just had a good (or what I think was a good result) in my Dresden and wanted to watch it again. Is there a replay function? I don't see a replay folder in the WoW program. Kinda gutted if there isn't one, 175k credits, Confederate, Kraken and High Caliber... Probably not much to get excited about, but I had fun
