Yes it will, To The Bottom went gold at (or very shortly after) 50k, Hoarder is at over 65k already... pretty absurd, but I guess they are shifting the goal posts as long as the event is going on so we're not completing too many achievements too early. Especially Hoarder, which will give a special container once it goes gold, so I guess they're saving that one for last.
