Ja. Das Cappen dauert dadurch länger. Ich glaube, es ist so: T...Dauer mit 1 Schiff (ungestört) n/u*2/3*T...Dauer mit n>1 Schiffen, u davon ungestört. Für n=u=2 ergibt das 2/3*T, für n=2 und u=1 ergibt das 4/3*T.

Du musst nicht gewinnen. 300 Basis-EP in einem Gefecht reichen auch.

Press and hold Alt while Priority Sector is active to see the percentages. On battleships, the 25% are added to the 35%, which makes 60%.
