yeah, well this didn't work. TST never showed as an option on the EU server and I knew where to find it if it was. I'd done all the sensible stuff. In the end I had to completely erase and re-install the whole damn game from scratch - the game centre, full client, etc - took hours to download and I'm not on a slow broadband service either. Test severs should not have needed a rebuild of the LIVE instance - all the others I've done never did. Anyway, I fixed it in the end, not WoW support. Shame really. Ok so here's another one... don't forget I've now got a pristine copy of the live setup and the TST server working. When you open a container, and get say an icon to add to a collection, and also a duplicate one, has anyone noticed that the duplicate never gets added?

I am definitely logged into my normal EU server account and the problem persists after a completely new download and install as of 24th October. regards Additional - I now can’t get into any public test instance, they both hang on ‘waiting for authorisation’. I still haven’t seen a TST option to download from the Europe server so despite doing an integrity check which identified nothing (a bit like the WGCheck report too) then I feel I have no option but to wipe all the client instances off, and the game centre and do yet another clean install. Frankly guys, the game client is getting so bloated, and your software download server so slow (5.5MB/s) it’s becoming unrealistic to do clean installs. I note from various forums a number of folk are getting stability problems. For version 0.10.0, after over 5 years of changes, upgrades and bug fixing, could you please do a thorough tidy up of your code, rather than try to put more ‘features’ into the game. Thanks

So how many of you have actually found the 'TST' server then? I've played WoW for years , (and WoT before that) and the early beta tests for subs in the past - so why isn't 'TST' an option on my Europe region server to even download the damn public test installation as per the instructions? You'll get a lovely gold star from me if you know why, cos WG support can't tell me and all they can do is point me at forums - so can you guys help? Otherwise I'll be off to play WarThunder instead.....

Ok, so I have installed extra game instances for ‘Public Test’ and played eg submarines in the past. However I can’t find the damn version ‘TST’ to install from the Europe server. Can anyone help at all please ‘cos WoW technical support don’t seem to have a clue and only keep referring to this forum so I’m counting on you 😀 Failing that, am I better off deleting all the WoW clients and playing WarThunder instead?

I too am thinking of leaving the game. I recently found a bug in WoW whereby in a campaign I was expected to get two heroic achievements to get a reward. In my Hipper I luckily got three, but the software didn’t give the reward. So straightaway I run the WoW report thinking that it saved all the necessary info for them to see the problem. After two days of them rejecting the info, they finally asked me to replay the game to show the problem. How realistic is that? Oh and they’ve now closed the ticket without even understanding the problem, or acknowledging there might be a flaw in their software. So their fix rates must be fantastic. Utter garbage. Anyone else had a similar experience with player ‘support’?
