I'm really glad we are getting more reskinned Cartoon Kongos and Myokos. I'm really glad they didn't celebrate the 100th anniversary of Jutland. It would have been rubbish if WG had actually put some new (non RU) ships in the game. Could we maybe have Captain Pugwash's Black Pig, or the 'Butt' Boat from Finding Nemo? How about Something from Spongebob Squarepants? Have you seen 'Tugs'? They might be good as well. Oh Popeye had a boat, put that in before something meaningful.

Nooooo! I got to 98,800xp on the weekly 100,000xp, one last battle (I thought), I jumped into a battle only to see the mission reset at 0130 Monday morning! Gutted, (the battle finished at 0132). 20 diamonds missed by 2 minutes. Heartbreak! Definitely a WG conspiracy against me

I agree, and this would be a great schedule. Apart from USN Cruisers 2nd line. They have said that secondary lines are not a priority at the moment. HMS_Dauntless, dont be silly, that's far too easy!

Absolutely. But feedback is important for a Dev cycle, and letting them know that paper ships don't appeal to me personally, is as valid as you letting them know that paper ships appeal to you personally. (If that makes sense). It would be interesting to see what (Globally) players want next.

I'm the opposite Not to be difficult, but it is one of the main reasons for me to play is the fantastic historical models they make. For me it will be interesting to see some of the started-but-not-finished ships.

How dare they have a mission with a fish!!!! For Haddocks sake. I have performed over 916,000 battles and I have a superb WR of 15,000. But I dont have a fish to Palm with and now im losing out on 0 Diamonds! Gah! You have not been mislead, they never said that you are expected to get 1,000. It is doable, but 80 of the diamonds are easier with Premium. So you missed out on 100 Diamonds, (you didn't do 10 CV missions) that is still 900 diamonds, which is enough to get the Smith and Katori (850). Its not WGEU fault that you spent 100 diamonds on a port slot! They said repeatedly that this even was about choices - You cannot win all prizes. Anyway, with those results, (8kills etc) get yourself sending in replays and win a some contributor Diamonds

This. We are not going to agree on whether Premium Time should give players an advantage over 80/1000 Diamonds. As a general point, there is so much entitlement on this free contest. Some comments are coming across a bit spoilt. The discrimination you appear to be so upset about possibly 40 diamonds, (3,000xp is possible, we don't know the 4th mission yet).

They are not 'sticking 2 fingers up' you can achieve 1,000 diamonds. Although those missions are very hard without premium. So lets say you get 960/1000, that enables you exactly the same choice of Premium ships as if you got the full 1,000. (You can only get 3/4 ships, unless you are in community contests) Also, no one has said you NEED Premium. However having Premium gives you an advantage in a reward based event, which WAS stated at the start of the event (re 2500xp mission, a WGEU member said that Premium time counted towards the xp mission). They have not stuffed non-Premiums, there is the same prizes for both. *Maybe Premium Time players should not get the +50% xp per battle, as that means they get the tech tree ships faster than non premiums? It's not fair that they are rewarded just for putting money into a game I play for free.*

I don't get all this whining about the 3,000xp mission. If you are that desperate for 80 Diamonds, just get premium for this month. Support the game you clearly enjoy. WG is a business and need to make a profit. 4 weeks is like £7. I don't have time to commit to getting 500 battles, and some of the 100 kill missions, and the 100,000xp missions, should WG make an exception for me? Should I moan that it's not fair that players who can spend more time on a game should be given 'special treatment'? This is a free to play game, with a free event, netting free prizes, that actually are to be sold at a later date. WGEU may have made some tricky xp missions, that are easier with Premium, but they have also provided Premium time for Diamonds. Its also worth remembering that Premium Time supports the game. 4000 battles is what 700 hours?

Not to derail, but what does changes does Warspite need? She looks a little high in the water to me, and I read somewhere that her superstructure armour is 6mm instead of 150mm. Is that still the case?
