I hope they will add I-400 to the game as IJN t X. This sub balances itself:
Big and slow
easy to detect
the most durabe during WWII
Great torp range(shimakaze's torps)
It would be underwater Yamato: slow, big, with bad concealment, heavy armed ( will punish players even harder).
Even if they would implement it's plane hangar with squadron of 3 bombers then it's fitting the new plane mechanics - one drop from 3 planes. Cause advanced AA at t X ships, it would not be most efficient attack but that would be fun to launch planes from a sub. If you want more balance for eventual I-400 then you can just make it's planes one use. I mean : shot down - no getting more in battle.
