Vigilance is not 100% life saver, but for fast ships is more usefull In scenario like yours, you sailing in straight line with same speed for 20-30+ sec or bad luck eating some random spam torps Allways you have 7-8 or more sec to react but with sluggish ships its not enough time when you are in bad position

Story is crap DDs can disappear, Kutuzov, Flint Be smart and patient for 2 mins or smart and agressiv and she will become visible and vulnerable

Vigilance is good for DDs hunt/dogfight When you in smoke you have time to react to incoming torps Its a life saver for all DDs and some CAs

I just waiting for a day like this True man, Khabar is best performing tier 10 DD at the moment (because people like you spend all tiers for get Shima nerfed) You get Shima killer nerf and now new target is on the horizont > another annoying tier 10 DD lol Stallinium steel to get nerfed? Rare thing to happens because this is WG This ship gets buffs because it was crap to play/grind If WG nerf another best performing tier 10 DD they need to nerf also other best performing ships: *Yamato (longer reload for biggest guns in game to 35+ sec and reducing avrg dmg for 15%) *Zao (WG give her some cosmetic nerf few patches ago and nothing really change with it) *Hakuryu (best avrg dmg in game,Midway is out of competition)

I never read someone is complaining about Derpitz ''bad'' armor,but WG did it - urgent measure for sure... Maybe Yamato armor need reinforcement ASAP

To lilgoth I will simulate Random Battle here I am good guy in a chat, to see how much I will get +karma Battle starts and here I go Team chat: Hello team GL HF to all !!! All in all I get -2 karma for this battle And I wish to all good things No hate,insults... And Im -2 for all good chat lol If you connected this with some xp/credit-gain/loss you will get only insane chat spam all the time and result will be non sense -
If you take look on EU server stats for last 2 weeks tier 7 DDs: its slightly OP in WR (57.8% vs 54.3 Sims* second best) and DMG (30 800 vs 26 800 Kiev *second best) In all time, stats are similar with pre-nerfed Kiev and that ship get nerfed

If you get really good Mutsuki player then he can be usefull, but with a lot of effort On some maps its really risky to be sneaky and constantly capping/spotting for a team Average player will be ''on the high preassure'' psyhologically in scenario vs 2x enemy gunboats Enemy team have easy task - to find that Mutski fast and focus all to kill Long torpedo reload and low firepower cant do much on the end of battle I never get some Mutsuki ''hero'',kiling 2-3 enemy ships for win on the end Gunboats-yes, tier 6 IJN DD-never I dont like to see Nurnberg/Yorck in my team (have few fail DDs hunters with AP lol), but most of fails are yolo IJN DDs from my Ranked experience Tier 6 battleships are waek armor for tier 7 BBs shells

No You need to play more Ranked battles if you never see this In a few battles a get 7 x tier 7 vs 6 x tier 7 + 1 x tier 6 Not a big differnce on paper but in terms of Ranked is problematic Imagine enemy team have 2x Sims/Mahan and you get tier 6 Mutsuki This battle is passive/defensive for your team from the start If you lost Mutsuki early this is 80% defeat This Mutsuki cant doing spotting becuse of gunboats patrol If spotted its really hard to escape and survive Number of DDs is essential in ranked and xp for capping is OP I have 148k dmg in Nagato and lose star because of friendly Mahan with average dmg and few capping actions

Its good upgrade (expect to have Basic Radar 8.5km range and 20 sec duration - same as Indi) but it will be more tricky to exploit because of slow shells and high arc at that range 7-8km Hydro is more effective for Atlanta (I will like some buffed Hydro range more than this Radar) Radar will be more usefull for rest of the team to finish some dogfighting enemy DD

Murmansk is 20% better dmg and 55.9%MUR vs 49.6%KK wins on EU server in last 2 weeks Only Omaha is worse dmg/WR% and Furutaka is 2% better WR in tier 5 CAs -
You can grind 3-4 months on live server if this is better option for you 10-12 battles with XP flags are enough to unlock tier 10

Just to be clear, I agree to radar detecting through island why not - if Hydro doing this,no logic for Radar to not be able doing the same In most cases enemy team cant shoot you because of islands If you doing stupid things with your DD some enemy ship can shoot ''your side'' of that island My point is this Radar feature is wrong implemented,because you can be in a safe zone and spotting DDs around Like A Boss - almost 12km around Problem is going deeper when this feature is in hands of 2/3 skilled DIVISION members *imagine Yamato/Moskva/Demon , Demon/Demon/Khabar . 3x Moskva and other nasty combination* So WG give good players nice feature for seal clubbing at high tiers Where is that long cooldown if you have good clan and playing 3x Demon division? We will not talking bout this,right? Meh Good players crying here how Radar is ok, dont nerf it, please buff etc What is real reason for this? Just use your brain and all will be clear Im for Basic Radar on all ships (Indianapolis one, 8.5km range and 20-30 sec duration) becuse you will use it for self defending and if you want to kill DD need to be active and risk your ship (if DD player is more skilled) 11-12km range is unfair, no skill advantage

This is some weak implementation of Atlanta in tier 5 Point is Atlanta is strong on close range,this Krym is not If enemy tier IV cruiser doing WSAD hacks,you can have pain in the a_s to kill her Best thing is to set enemy on fire You need more skill to hunt DDs if you compare to Omaha class CAs This also can be problematic Funny thing are secondaries They are active and scoring hits Maybe to try secondaries build in the future This ship is screaming for propulsion upgrade and tier V cant get it (tier 7 can enjoy this comfort) -

I play 5 battles and in 3 get tier 7.... Svietlana guns are funny,almost useless when you have Pensa/Yorck in front and not broadside This ship need to have limited MM same like Ishizuchi -

I get Rank 5, really hard After 2 days off, playing randoms try to see what is going on Rank 5 And I get 5 defeats in a row with Nagato... So my Ranked will END soon Im happy with Rank 6
