Kakite

Hi, Im not really a newcommer but rather a returning player. Im very excited about the submarines, i have only one question, when are they coming? I cant play them in game, i cant find any release date, yet i keep getting mails and information about them. So can anyone just tell me, when the heck they are coming :)
