Not all, but anything from a Santa crate. It would appear that support have removed *everything* that dropped from *any* Santa crate, including free ones. Jaysus lads, sort yourselves out. I told you which crates I wanted refunds on (all the ones I bought) and when they were bought, so why is everything after that gone as well?

Partial success for me! Refend has been processed, but only for the paypal payments and not anything bought with dubs from the armory. They also took away the Abruzzi which dropped from completing the shipbuilding collection. Apart from that, everything else *appears* to be there and none of my cpatains have lost the progress, so partly right WG support. But no cigar yet. Do I need to get grumpy with someone? Because I'd rather not have to. 2nd EDIT: Sigh. 62500 coal removed. Despite only 22500 being dropped from the crates paid for with money, so they've screwed that up. And Edit the 3rd. Dubs returned after I asked where they were. Coal and Abruzzi still MIA.

Is there any indication as to how long the process will take to get started? I understand the CS guys will be busy but should I expect an answer with a day, 2 days,3...? It's slightly less of an issue if they're not going to try and roll back things, but it would be good to get at least a rough idea.

HMS Sheffield. She was a busy girl during the war, the Norweigian campaign, the Med, hunt for Bismarck, Operation Torch, Operation Avalanch, Arctic convoys, Battle of the Barents Sea, Battle of North Cape. All that and she'd be somewhere between a Fiji and Edinburgh in game. What's not to love? Or HMS Ulysses. The most paper of all the paper ships :D

Seeing as WG usually get £7 a month for prem time from me, I bought the 50 pack of tokens. Got 90 days of premium time and some signals and camo, so it's paid for itself if nothing else. If I hadn't got prem time, I'd have been playing for free for the next month instead.

Tha AL ships? That'll be because the coupon gives you 25% of the price of a ship, but the AL ones are a ship AND captain so they aren't included.

I'm happy to see Belfast as a premium. I'd have preferred Sheffield but she doesn't have the same reputation in WoWS that Belfast does.

Jamaica would be my choice if WG were to ctrl C and give it a new name. Or they could put some effort in and give us Sheffield.

The event seems pretty good. Some of the stages felt a bit grindy, but that is probably at least partly down to the ships I have available. Whether the final goal is "worth" the effort remains to be seen. If nothing else, I've got some stuff and a tier 6 premium for free. The run to Graf Spee was pretty painless TBH and that's all I expected to get from the event. Better than the PR event for sure.

How do you think the result of Convoy PQ-17 would have differed if the Admiralty were not so concerned about losing a US warship and ordered the covering forces to stay and potentially engage Tirpitz instead of scattering the convoy?
