All of the above is good advice. I will add this and it will sound harsh but it's for your own growth bro....... If you spend your way to tier 10 you will be a complete liability to your team, those people would have, for the most part, reached T10 by hard work and effort and will have learned how to handle such powerful weapons, they will be competitive and will want to win and then they get saddled with YOU, someone who has no-where near the knowledge or skill to play at that level. That my friend is as about as shitty as being a team killer or a bot, you will ruin they're game and be as about as popular as a dose of the clap. Doing this in WOT is bad, here it is even worse and in an aircraft carrier it's the absolute pits, don't do it.

SENAAdmiral you seem quite knowledgeable on the subject, which gaming laptop for under £1000 would you recommend, I've been looking at an MSI but am unsure.

See quite a lot of New Mexico's getting matched up against T7 and 8 BB's, even T9's sometimes, never tends to end well. A +3 spread might be needed atm, but I hope in the future it gets reduced in the same way it did in the early days of the sister game.

Then it's not that one. A member of the NA server who posts here regularly posted that Marblehead and an IJN DD that I can't remember the name off are available to EU customers who buy certain products, I'll see if I can find the post. He was unhappy that NA users cant use the codes.

I'd rather see a premium Cruiser or Destroyer myself, Warspite is already here and will come back sooner or later for those that missed out. Interesting article though +1 for that.

Premium IJN DD's as far as I am aware are already in game. I might be wrong but I heard that there is a free give away when you buy a graphics card or something in the same way you can get the Diana with the Italeri Bismarck model kit.

I'm not finding money a problem, but, and it is a big one, I currently own every premium ship available in the game (except Diana and I'm working on that). Owning all those premium ships and also looking at the economy from the start I decided to go to T5/6 on lines that interested me and then to stop and concentrate on one line only (IJN Cruisers), I'm half way to the Ibuki. So currently I have 40,000,000 silver. I am determined not to spend a single penny of real world money on silver, gold yes, a little every month for crew retrain, port slots etc but never silver.

Agreed. It seems rather silly to play in divisions only to be split up by the entire distance of the map, As Tugnut said Hotspot is the worst, you take ships that compliment each other (Cleveland to provide AA to a BB for example) and the game splits you up so far apart it makes the exercise pointless.

I collect Premiums, so Albany gets to stay no matter what, but having said that I do actually enjoy playing her now and again. The same can't be said for Arkensauce, god I hate that ship, but as a collector she is a unique item so gets to stay. Now if someone in the UK can just stock that bloody Bismarck kit I can get Diana, I want that ship more then Tirpitz!

Fair enough.... But it is the opinion of this gamer that nobody who is truly in poverty plays these games, if your playing this game you own a computer and your paying for a fairly good internet connection and if you are doing that then you are not poor and can afford 1 port slot. You tend to find the people who cry about port slots and half price port slots (you want them for 85p???) are the ones that proudly proclaim that they have never and will ever spend any money on the game, not because they are poor but because they are tight (insert insult of choice). Thank god for us paying suckers who pay for them to play uh?

If there is one thing I've learned from years and years of WOT is that you should never, ever sell a premium vehicle.

They said that they would not be available for "at least 1 year". I own all three and they are all fun to play. They are OK atm but I suspect that in a years time there will be so many other premiums that will be better there probably won't be any point in bringing them back. If they do bring them back I guarantee you WG will charge you far more for them then we paid for them.

Minekaze is stupidly good for T5 and many like me I suspect have reached it and gone no further, why would you? I would say this is a first step to making that move up more attractive. Something needed doing to Minekaze, is this too much? Well time will tell.

AA DD's sound fun, that's going to make the "I'm gonna park my fighters over you" CV types very sad.
