I'm afraid that the rust fans are right, take a look at any ship that has been at sea for any length of time and they have rust, look at footage from the Falklands war as a good example.

Had a guy in a Mutsuki yesterday that was behind me in my Ibuki, I was on pretty much full health until he launched an entire spread all of which hit me and blew me out of the water, which apparently, according to him was "my fault for turning into them because I wasn't paying attention". That's bad enough but when you get a poxy 26,000 silver as compensation and loose 70,000 on the game overall it's a wonderful "Why do I play this game?" moment. What can you do?

Balance issues I'd suspect.

The stats from the RU server suggest otherwise apparently. I thought it was great and many others here did too but it had a really bad win rate and rep there so it got bought more in line with the Murmansk.

Your job in the Cleveland is not to kill the Tirpitz, your job is to provide support to the ships that can by shooting down planes and keeping DDs off them. Learn to be a team player, play the roll your ship is suited to, stop moaning and learn.

Not terribly effective but I wouldn't want to be on any of these boats -
I also have both and I agree with Sams, I would emphasise the high shell arc, it cannot be stated enough that at the max range it is very hard to hit a target moving at medium speeds with Diana, think howitzer's in WOT. It needs alot of skill and practice to play well. Albany is more fun to play and if you have the rank 4 targeting skill that helps with the range alot.

I would expect that to happen when the player base grows a bit. This is the way things were in the early days of WOT, WG have always been very paranoid about waiting times.

I'm not sure what the problem is? Your aware of the Tier spreads for each class? I fail to see what this has to do with money or how it benefits the developers?

Yes, we had noticed. T8 -10 CV drivers down in T4-5 where there is no AA seal clubbing like bosses is nothing new however. -
