GC is OP for her tier. Period!

The HMS Gallant seems like a rather fun, and balanced Royal Navy DD. The concealment might be a tad too much considering its other strengths, but it does trade of practically all of its AA to achieve it. Anshan and Gnevny will outgun it at range, but the combination of good maneuverability, strong torps and decent guns makes the Gallant very comfortable to sail.

Have to say Kidd is real fun. Just devouring other DDs. Even Lo Yang is not a problem for her as long as you have proper support and you play smart. The only DD that I do not like to pick the fight with is either another Kidd or Akizuki.

That's the thing I don't get. Showing us how some of good/average players failed to become first? I had an OMNI member last night in tier X game on my team where he was in tier IX CAs and me in tier VIII DD. He was at bottom by earned XP. The point is even the best can make mistakes. One game doesn't show anything of anybodies quality for this game.
