I don't smoke up BBs so much as before but I still do it, occasionally. When they try to heal/asks for it and if they hold fire ofc. Won't waste a smoke on someone who doesn't know about new mechanics.

Doable... probably will get her for free. Citadel missions were so easy with my Algérie lol 7 citadels with her in one game. Made a DS on Dm Donskoi in that game. Was hilarious

Kongo and GC are better. Texas is also better if you want NY class. Great AA for tier V on that thing.
