Sounds like WG found the problem as to why BBs are eating more citadels. Fix incoming. -

It's not the armour, it's a bug apparently. "There were not any intentional unlisted changes to ballistics and the water changes should have only been visual. We're monitoring this and if folks have easily reproducible information showing a change please provide any specifics you can. We do appreciate it!"
