Richelieu is shite, eats a lot of dmg by HE like any french BB, guns omg the guns are so bad that you can't hit a BB 8 km away. However Alsace is amazing.

Standard WG way of balancing ships, slap a consumable on it. Ships should NOT be able to both smoke themselves and radar at the same time. One or the other is fine, both is broken and completely negates any counterplay. I don't like this change at all.
