The only mad Asian guy I know is the one featured twice on Quickybaby's channel , he is Korean I believe. He drives the tier 5 french light AMX ELC (3 marks of excellence ofc) and does some things beyond imagination. He had 11 k battles in it back two and a half years ago, could have reached 20 k by now.... And he must have maxed out his crew with all skills and perks used....... I mean you have played WOT, maxing out a crew member is not like having a 19 point cpt in WOWS, it is 5 times harder.

For me Benson was certainly a huge upgrade compared to the Mahan. I wouldnt go as far as to say that Edinburgh is a downgrade from the Fiji, but Fiji is certainly much better tier to tier. As you say correctly , tier 8s constantly end up in T10 battles. The destroyers IMO are the best class to mitigate the tier disadvantge. Go Benson all the way, you will not lose. In a couple of credit amassing weeks, you ll have the chance to buy your Edinburgh too. Cheerio

Well, the natural counter to the DDs are CLs, the counter to BBs are DDs and the counter to CLs are BBs. Carriers attack pretty much everything. But all those are in theory and in the heat of battle theories go down the drain. Ranked has taught me something that I should use in Randoms after August 7 : Even when sailing in a BB, if a DD pops up, even when he is maneuvering like a demented person on speed, prioritize him to get him out of the enemy roster. At this mode destroyers are worth gold if they survive for the late game. Ofc in Randoms there is not the pressure of the star loss and you tend to go after those large BBs 18 km away to make the 30 second reload count....

Hello fellows. First day of Ranked I did pretty good 70% WR in 20 matches, reached Rank 10 starting from Rank 16 pretty easily. The second day was a total disaster with 40% WR in 25 battles. Third day today. doesnt look very promising. All 3 days mostly played Destroyers (Farragut, SheNoKnowMe and Anshan). With a total of 52 battles so far I feel that there is a particular curse around Rank 11. Seems like I have been stuck there (1 star win, 1 star loss , repeat). Am I losing patience too early? Never been higher than Rank 9 and I would like to know if things are like that or worse in the R10-R6 and the R5-R2 bracket. If the answer is yes, I would consider dropping it all together to preserve my sanity. Was pretty hyped for this season due to the IMO "fair for all" tier 6, and was thinking of trying this time more seriously to obtain the Jolly Roger or at least make it to the big League of R5 and above. For me, long term WR -I mean a sample of a few thousand battles, never a few hundred- is a statistic that reveals your carrying potential. So without seeing any more of your stats, I am sure you are a more potent player than me. (P.S. on the lighter side) Unless u have 1500 battles in Kamikaze R and 2300 battles in Kutuzov out of 3800 WOWS battles with a reroll account in total, in which case u r a shameless violet stet pedder. Oh no, never selll premiums. I sold once the t6 Pz "Schmalturm" in WOT and I ve been missing it, and it was not really a good tank either. Shinonome is like a hyped Fubuki with 2km less torp range but much better gun punch. You can use it to kite even Farraguts cause 2/3 of its firepower is in the back. Pretty solid shell power too, if it had better RateOfFire and turret traverse it would be OP .

They usually announce those kind of discounts the Friday before the weekend they are in effect. It will not be very long to happen I presume. Last time was ,I think, 3 weeks ago and off the top of my head I remember seeing that offer about once every 4-6 weeks I need to convert some free xp too with the 1/35 ratio. About the Robotnik I dont know,most probably at some point, especially since July is a "sales" month for WOWS. The sales are about to peak around July 16 as written in the official page. Besides Robotnik, I would definetely like seeing Duca d Aosta on sale again.
