    That's what I wanted to say but I was in a bit of a hurry and thought the context would clarify my intentions - generally I have no problem being bottom tier in any ship, but t5 BB? Nah...can't remember the last time I played any of the multiple Kongos. Even rage sold the Texas.

    They cannot see t3s, they have the worst MM spread in the whole game. And there are a ton of very strong t7s in the game. Whatever, it's my reasoning for not buying the ship - if you enjoy t5 BBs there's no need for discussion.

    BB suffer the most from being uptiered. She looks like a very good t5 BB but still, no.

  10. Hitting won't be the problem when aiming for the center of the ship (not the waterline) but the results will vary heavily I guess

    So they lose penetration faster over distance but have the same normalization as USN shells?

    As a cruiser player myself I appreciate a vast BB pool to pad my average dmg... But on the other hand I think that cruisers are fine so what do I know.

    IRL they couldn't really hit those targets, ingame you are much more likely to hit them but they have a camo advantage in return. Hint: Game balance trumps reality

    Maybe relatively speaking - but the absolute hit rates are WAY higher than in RL so it doesn't allow for crossing the T.

    So it feels like "a" but actually it is "b"? Interesting. Probably bc of the height of the targets, not allowing the shells to fly as far as they could quite often (but resulting in those damn superstructure overpens).

    I think this provides diversity regarding gameplay and keeps us on our toes, forcing us to pick our fights accordingly and plan ahead. It's much easier to hurt higher tier guys in WoWS than it is in WoT - WAY easier.

    Since when is overmatching belt armor of any concern? Did I miss something? Can you elaborate? Also there is VERY little belt armor in the game that can be overmatched. Crossing the T would make sense if the horizontal dispersion was far better than the vertical dispersion which is not the case (it's actually quite the opposite). When it comes to flat broadsides overmatch mechanics do not come into play unless you hit the deck armor or heavily angled citadel plating. Why should 203mm shells be able to overmatch any cruiser's bow armor? * I'm not convinced pls elaborate Overmatch mechanic: Penetrating an armor plating regardless of it's angling due to the caliber of the shell exceeding the raw thickness of the plating my a certain factor (no auto bounce). Normalization angle: Factoring in the ability of the shell to point it's tip near an ideal 90° impact angle due to it's shape. Reducing the possibility of auto bounces. USN shells excel in this regard while GER AP sucks.

    Fix T8 MM

    Divions are force multipliers. This can work in both directions, tho...three players with solo wr of 44% will not suddenly pull off 50%, more likely even below 44% bc there are now on average even more below average players on their team. Also without the possibility of divisions I wouldn't play this game anymore, even tho I mostly play solo ^^ It's the games with my buddies that I enjoy the most.
