Potential alpha dmg of Kutuzov is below half of that of KGV's...Kutuzov's potenial HE dpm is about 50% higher. Potential fires per minute (you could always get three on your first salvo (extinguished) and none on your second, third, fourth) - Kutuzov (with IHFE): 10, KGV: 8 Keep in mind the increasing resistance to fires when you go up the tiers, those fire chances do not factor that in, neither do they factor in cpt skills or modules. So in 25s KGV shoots twice while Kutuzov shoots four times. Kutuzov potentially deals 105.000 dmg and KGV 122.000. In that time span Kutuzov potentially sets 5 fires, KGV 8. Keep in mind that Kutuzov has way better dispersion than KGV. Question is: Does the KGV see the Kutuzov?

I still don't get your point. You said something about cruisers being viable because Kutuzov can deal more theoretical dpm than a BB one tier lower than her. WTF is that logic. And what does it have to do with the topic?

So UK BB burn more than every other ship in the game? Even if that were true - too bad it can be healed...oh Cruisers were viable a week ago and they will remain being viable regardless.

Tested the Duke's AP vs bots at ranges from 16-5km...below 10km it's the better ammo choice vs BB (even angled). Idk if the AP really loses that much penetrative power over distance or if it's just that the dispersion is so bad that effective salvos are rare (was using the turret rotation mod).

Angling and ammo choice shouldn't matter that much anymore because there's too much luck involved. Pure aiming skills (i.e. hitting the target) should be rewarded. It works at tier one, why shouldn't it at every other tier? Sure, it will take a little longer and might cost you some kills but pure HE spam is reliable at least! I have way more impact now and if lucky deal 1-3 BB fires worth of dmg per match. I'm not a good player and I like it the way it is. From my perspective it's a step forward. Also I like how GIMMICKY the UK line is. Cruisers AP, BB HE...hahah...lmao...kek.
